将煤沥青与秦皇岛AH-90沥青进行调和及乳化,考察调和沥青及调和后乳化沥青的性质,研究煤沥青的种类及掺量对调和沥青乳化沥青性质的影响规律。结果表明:煤沥青中大量甲苯不溶物(煤粉)的存在使得调和沥青乳化沥青蒸发残留物的25℃延度大幅度下降,难以达到标准要求;1#和2#煤沥青最大掺量分别为25%和20%时,乳化沥青的1 d和5 d稳定性合格;相同煤沥青掺量时,1#调和沥青乳化沥青蒸发残留物较相应的2#调和沥青乳化沥青蒸发残留物的针入度小、25℃延度大、软化点高;随着煤沥青掺量的增大,两种调和沥青乳化沥青蒸发残留物的25℃延度、针入度都呈现下降趋势,软化点呈升高趋势。
TwO types Of cOal tar pitches and QinhuangdaO AH-90 petrOleum asphalt were blended and emulsified. The influ-ences Of cOal tar pitch types and dOsages On the prOperties Of blended asphalt and emulsified asphalt were investigated. The experimental results shOw that the cOal tar pitches cOntaining a lOt Of tOluene insOluble ( pulverized cOal) lead tO the ductility at 25 ℃ Of the blended asphalt and evapOratiOn residue Of the emulsified asphalt decrease significantly, which cannOt meet the specificatiOn. When the maximal dOsages Of cOal tar pitch l# and 2# are 25% and 20%, the ld and 5d stability results Of the emulsified asphalts meet the standard. At the same cOal tar pitch dOsage, the blended asphalt and its emulsiOn evapOra-tiOn residue by adding cOal tar pitch l # have less penetratiOn at 25 ℃, and have larger ductility at 25 ℃ and sOftening than thOse by adding 2#. In order to evaluate the high temperature performance and influence factors of modified emulsified as-phalt, this paper obtains residues from SBR/SBS modified emulsified asphalt by direct thermal evaporation meth-od, and then carries out the MSCR test to study the influence of temperature, latex content and latex type on the high temperature performance of modified emulsified asphalt. The data shows that rutting resistance of SBR modi-fied emulsion residue under high temperature decreases with temperatures going up, and increases with latex con-tent increasing. It finds out that the high temperature performance of SBS modified emulsion residue is better than that of SBR modified emulsion.

Utilized the method of blending water-based epoxy resin and emulsified asphalt to syn-thesize the waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt for slurry seal.Based on the bending test of block mortar and fluorescence microscopy analysis,a research on bond strength and microstructure had been done, and the best recipe of waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt was acquired.According to the method of“Highway Asphalt and Asphalt Testing Procedures”,the mixing ratio of waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt for slurry seal mix was ensured.Results showed that:a certain amount of waterborne epoxy was able to strengthen the bond strength to emulsified asphalt,and the best ratio was 32 ∶68.Waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt was suitable for slurry seal technology,optimized ratio was able to satisfy the requirement of the slurry seal technology.

In order to improve the performance of modified emulsified asphalt,composite modified emulsified asphalt was prepared by adding modulated coal tar pitch and modified by SBS.Results showed that,with the in-crease of addition of modulated coal tar pitch,the ductility and softening point became better.After adding 20%modulated coal tar pitch,ductility increased to 30 cm,softening point increased to 70 ℃,composite modified e-mulsified asphalt had good performance in high or low temperature.Fluorescence microscopy and infrared spec-tral analysis showed that there were some chemical grafting reactions happened between SBS and asphalt mate-rials in the process of modification besides the physical modification,SBS formed network structure in asphalt material,so modification improved the bonding strength of SBS and asphalt material,and made the asphalt sys-tem more stable.
