In wireless communication, the receiver efficiently analyzes and recognizes the intercepted jam-ming,and provides information assistance for the total anti-jamming decisions of the communication systems, this is very important in developing the anti-jamming ability of the communication systems. For real-time a-nalysis of the jamming and accurate recognition of the jamming styles, the short-time Fourier transform ( STFT) algorithm is proposed to analyze and recognize the jamming. Aiming at the difficulty of jamming pa-rameters recognition resulted from the different complicated jamming parameters, the threshold-varying based on signal-to-jamming ratio is suggested to get the jamming parameters. As for the influence on recog-nition accuracy of jamming parameters by random disturbance, such as the white noise, the second frequency sample is presented. The simulation results show that the STFT algorithm could recognize the given compli-cated jamming efficiently and decrease the random nois

Compared with natural disasters, man-made disasters are those, which are induced by man-made hazards or the related institutions’ vulnerabilities. Technological disasters are one of the main forms of man-made disasters. The study on technological disasters has experienced two stages, from focusing on the relevant institutions’ vulnerabilities (reasons of di-sasters) to constructing the relevant institutions’ resilience (measures to respond to disasters) . From an economic perspec-tive, Human needs and technology choice are the root causes of technological disasters, and the corporate economic motiva-tion is the main man-made disasters inducement of technological disasters. In addition,economic agglomeration effect and pov-erty are also the important factors related to the risk of technological disasters. The basic strategy for disaster reduction is to es-tablish the scientific outlook of economic development and build the relevant institutions’resilience.

The impact litigations are very common in China’s current judicial practice. To correctly understand the features, types, causes of impact litigations and to master the coping strategies and the judicial methods of the impact litigations are of great significance to promote the acceptability of the judgments. The impact litigation can be divided into natural and factitious impact litigation from the forming reasons. Whether natural or factitious impact litigation, judicial organs should carefully identify and avoid the implied negative impacts and actively take advantage of the implied law innovation factors to maximize the positive impact of the case. In order to correctly cope with the impact litigation, we must aim to the unification of the legal effect and social effect, build the communication mechanism between the professional justice and non-professional public opinion as the path, and push our judicature towards the responsive judicature.

In ZigBee network performance evaluation, there was artificiality to determine weights of multi-dimensional indexes, and the indexes could not be completely independent. To solve these problems, this paper used entropy weight method and coefficient of variation method, introduced the correlation of the indexes to improve algorithm, built the model of multi-evaluation index weight decision analysis based on the correlation between indexes. Using network simulation software, it collected different network performance parameters by changing the node size. The data analysis show that objective weighting can avoid easily existed artificiality. The introduction of correlation between indicators weakens the impact of abnormal values, which makes the evaluation more accurate and reasonable.
