哈代在《无名的裘德》中,描写了主人公裘德与女主角淑违背维多利亚时期传统伦理观念的故事,展示了19世纪末资本主义过渡时期,新旧道德标准冲突,人们追求个性与真爱所遭受到的阻力。裘德对伦理禁忌的畏惧与对自由爱情的追求形成伦理冲突,体现了他艰难的伦理选择,而裘德的伦理选择也把淑置于伦理困境之中。从文学伦理学角度来分析这一现象,可揭示小说的劝诫和教诲力量。

Thomas Hardy ’s Jude the Obscure narrates the violation of Victorian traditional ethical concept by the protagonists.It presents us the obstacles that prevent people to pursuit individual personality and true love in transitional period,owing to the influence of conflict between new moral standard and old one.The ethical contradiction between Jude’s fear of ethical taboos and the pursuit of free love results in his difficult ethical choice,which brings Sue with ethical dilemma. This paper is to analyze Jude the Obscure from the perspective of ethical literary criticism ,so as to show the instructing function of the novel.

居住生活的“公共伦理”为人们在日常居住的公共领域中反映出来的价值观及应遵循的基本行为规范。《礼记》中的“公”既有先秦早中期对国君的称呼及其管辖的共同体之义，亦有晚期表达“公平”的伦理含义；居住的“公共领域”包括家庭内部的公共空间和围绕居宅的公共领域。通过居住空间的伦理分割、公共举止规范和交往语言禁忌的方式，“礼”塑造了人们关于公共行为是非判断的道德感，获得生活的安定和社会的秩序。

The public ethic of the residential life,namely it is a valuable view and basic norms of conducts,which people re-flect in the public fields of daily lives,and should follow In the Record of Rites,does the public not contains the meanings of the monarch and his community in the early and middle periods of pre-Qin,also the ethical expression of “justice”in the late. There are the two spaces of the public field of resident,the family interior public one and external one around the house. Through ethical division of living space,public manners and language taboo way,does the rite mold a moral sense,that people make a judgment of right or wrong about the public behaviors,and gain life stability and social order.

舞狮文化是一种具有民间宗教信仰、强身健体、观赏娱乐和富于地方性特色的竞技表演活动，对城乡人民具有重要的社会现实教育意义和发展社会主义新农村的实践指导意义。通过对藤县舞狮分类、礼仪禁忌和传统社会伦理价值进行田野调查发现，藤县舞狮的社会伦理价值与活态文化价值很高，能促进人民内在的凝聚力和本土文化的认同。同时，根据舞狮不同地域、不同形态、不同技巧及表现出的不同艺术风格和类型，说明藤县舞狮属于南派特征。

The lion dance culture is a kind of local activities ful of folk religion, physical fitness, entertainment and ornamental athletic performanc-es, which has an important significance of social reality and developing a new socialist countryside for urban and rural people. Through the fieldwork of lion dance classification, etiquette taboos and traditional value of social ethics, this paper finds Tengxian lion social and ethical values and cultural value of living state are high. People can promote internal cohesion and local culture. Meanwhile, according to different regions, different shapes, different skil s and different artistic styles and types, Tengxian lion belongs to the South.
