The key mechanical properties change of wood composites was introduced when basalt glass powder and chopped basalt fiber with the different content (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%) were added in wood composites. The tensile strength reached a maximum value of 24.3 MPa when the adding content of powder was 15%. Compared with the unreinforced wood composite panel group, the reinforced group increased tensile strength 94.3% . However, the tensile strength value was 18.9 MPa when the addition ratio of chopped basalt fiber was 10% . Compared with the unreinforced one, the reinforced group only improved tensile strength 50.8%. The maximum bending strength value of 41.8 MPa and 39.2 MPa were obtained when the content of the powder and chopped basalt fiber were all 10%. Compared with the unreinforced one, the reinforced group increased bending strength 43.3% and 34.4% respectively. The demand ofPueraria thomsonii Benth is growing, while its planting is based on extensive management and the survival ability in early cutting stage is low. In order to improve the survival rate, root growth ability and speed ofPueraria thomsonii Benth cuttings, the effects of the different matrix and materials onPueraria thomsoniiBenth’s rooting of cuttings were studied withPueraria thomsoniiBenth from Huoshan village, Daang town, Shaoguan city as example. The results showed that the loose matrix with low nutrition and stronger water holding capacity were in favor of the rooting. The sclerous and oblique cutting which node were inserted into the matrix had stronger rooting capacity.

The roles of pretreatments with different concentration of sucrose solutions ( 5%, 10% and 15%) for 24 h on florets opening of cut gladiolus ( Gladiolus hybridus ‘Eerde ’ ) spikes were investiga-ted .The results showed that compared with control ( deionized water ) , pretreatments with various sucrose solutions had positive effects in enhancing florets opening of cut gladiolus spikes .Especially pretreatments with 10%and 15%sucrose solutions , both could significantly increase their daily relative blooming rate of florets and daily ornamental value , improveing water uptake , and maintaining their fresh mass .

[目的]为了评估VspⅠ,StyⅠ和StuⅠ为基础的线粒体细胞色素氧化酶Ⅰ基因(mtCOI)酶切扩增多态性序列(cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence,CAPS)标记方法鉴别烟粉虱Q与B隐种的有效性.[方法]本研究对国内外烟粉虱种群的mtCOI基因进行了测序并鉴定了其隐种;在对464个Q隐种、98个B隐种mtCOI序列分析的基础上,利用VspⅠ,StyⅠ和StuⅠ对Q与B隐种分别进行了CAPS标记验证.检索并比对了GenBank中烟粉虱Q与B隐种mtCOI序列中VspⅠ,StyⅠ和Stu Ⅰ酶切位点分布情况.[结果]对国内外烟粉虱种群研究发现,以VspⅠ为基础的CAPS标记方法能够有效鉴别实验中的Q与B隐种;利用StuⅠ或StyⅠ的CAPS标记方法无法有效鉴别Q与B隐种.对GenBank中烟粉虱Q与B隐种mtCOI序列比对发现,利用VspⅠ,StyⅠ和StuⅠ为基础的CAPS标记方法不能有效鉴别Q与B隐种.[结论]以VspⅠ,StyⅠ和StuⅠ为基础的CAPS标记方法鉴别Q与B隐种方面均有一定的局限性.
[Aim] The aim of the study is to test the validity of the VspⅠ-,StyⅠ-or StuⅠ-based cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence (CAPS) markers of mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase Ⅰ gene (mtCOI)for identification of Bemisia tabaci cryptic species Q and B.[Methods] In this study,the mtCOI fragments from B.tabaci from China and abroad were sequenced and used to identify cryptic species.Based on the analyses of mtCOI sequences of 464 and 98 individuals from cryptic species Q and B,respectively,the restriction endonuclease enzyme VspⅠ-,StyⅠ-,or StuⅠ-based CAPS markers was used to differentiate cryptic species Q and B for assessing its utility.The mtCOI sequences of B.tabaci cryptic species Q and B in GenBank were downloaded and the distribution of the recognition sites of VspⅠ,StyⅠ,and StuⅠ was analyzed.[Results] The results showed that the individuals from China and abroad could be differentiated by using VspⅠ-based CAPS markers effectively,but not by StyⅠ-or StuⅠ-based CA

The near-bed sediment flux is the key to near-shore sediment movement and seabed evolution prediction. The commonly used calculation methods include sediment carrying capacity method and shear stress method. The paper listed several computational formulas for near-bed sediment flux calculation, and preliminary verified the unity of the two methods in the for-mula form through mathematical deduction. Combined with the mathematical model of Zhoushan Islands silty sea area and Jiangsu costal muddy sea area, the near-bed sediment flux was calculated by using the two methods and the unity of the two methods in practical application was demonstrated.

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of four histamine receptors:H1R, H2R, H3R and H4R in urinary bladder of patients with ketamine-induced cystitis. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression levels of histamine receptors:H1R, H2R, H3R and H4R in bladder tissues of 10 patients with ketamine-induced cystitis (experimental group) and distal tissue away from bladder tumors of 10 patients with cystectomy (control group). The average optical density (OD) values of four kinds of different histamine receptors were separately calcu-lated by Imagepro-plus 6.0 in two groups. At the same time, mast cells were marked by toluidine blue special dyeing and were counted. Results Comparing with control group, the expression levels of H1R, H2R, and H4R were significantly in-creased in experimental group (P<0.05). Alumina carriers for residue hydrodesulfurization catalyst were prepared by adopting extrusion molding method. The effects of extrusion molding process conditions,cutting frequency,calcination temperatures and atmosphere on the bulk density and physicochemical properties of residue hydrodesulfurization catalyst carrier were investigated. The results showed that the bulk density and physicochemical properties of the carrier was the best under the preparation condition of acid/powder ratio(A +0. 5)mL·g-1,water/powder ratio(B+0. 10)mL·g-1,and kneading time(t+5)min. When cutting and shaping frequency was 40 Hz,the catalyst carrier with length distribution(3 -8)mm accounted for 87. 14%;with the increase of calcination temperature,the specific surface area,pore amount with pore size less than 6 nm and bulk density of the carrier decreased;with the decrease of calcination gas flow,the surface area and bulk density of the carrier decreased,pore volume increased,the pores with pore
对碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料进行等通道挤扭实验和模拟,研究粉体在变形过程中的致密行为。结果表明,SiCp/Al复合粉末材料在等通道转角挤扭工艺中通过3个剪切面和7个变形区能得到有效致密。ECAPT过程中材料所处的球应力和切应力的叠加状态,是材料孔隙得到有效致密的关键。变形过程中,SiC颗粒被剪切细化,促进了团簇颗粒的分散和孔隙的致密。TE通道的剪切作用能使SiC颗粒进一步细化,但材料的整体致密度略有下降。
ECAPT experiment and finite element simulation were carried out for the SiCp/Al metal matrix composite . The densi-fication behavior has been studied . The results show that the SiCp/Al metal matrix composite could be compact after three shear-ing surface and seven deformed zones . The analysis shows that the key factor to obtain high density is the composite of large shear plastic deformation and high hydrostatic stress during ECAPT . According the the shearing , the SiC particle was refined , which contributed to the scatter of the cluster and the densification of pore . The shearing of TE also can refine the SiC particle further , while the density of the composite decreases a little .
