Taking two-wheeled motor front drive electric vehicle regenerative braking system as the research object, the regenerative braking system coordinated controller was developed by integrating the dual-motor regenerative braking, hydraulic brake and the stability system. The vehicle braking mode and the allocation of braking torque were determined according to the vehicle''s braking demand, vehicle status and energy storage system state, and the stability control torque was provided by the two-wheeled motor regenerative braking system according to the real-time vehicle stability condition. The results show that, compared with the motor unilateral independent control strategy, the integrated coordinated controller has better stability effect on vehicle braking in the process of turning.

For the vehicle direct yaw moment control, adaptive fuzzy PI control is studied in this paper. The additional yaw moment decision controller based on fuzzy PI and braking forces distribution controller based on rules are designed in the paper. According to the reference of vehicle model and the vehicle actual state, the additional yaw moment decision controller can compute additional yaw moment required. The controller is achieved by active differential braking based on the braking forces distribution rules. The control method is verified by using Matlab/Simulink and CarSim co-simulation. The results show that yaw moment control based on adaptive fuzzy PI control makes the vehicle follow the desired values better and enhance the vehicle stability compared with no control.

In order to overcome the complicated structure and high prices of the hydraulic retarder and the serious thermal recession problem of braking torque of the conventional eddy current brake,a selfexcited and liquid-cooled eddy current retarder (SL-ECR) structure was proposed.The model of braking system and generating system of the SL-ECR was established and the magnetic circuit structure was analyzed.The electromagnetic field model,the braking performance and thermal field of the SLECR were analyzed by using finite element method.A 2000 N· m SL-ECR was produced and tested.The braking performance and the generator performance were tested.The results show that the difference between the finite element analysis results and the experiment results was 6%.The temperature of the water wipe was 85 ℃ when the braking power was 180 kW.The braking torque decreased by 10.4% in the continuous braking stage.The braking torque could reach 2 000 N ·m when the speed was 1 500 r/min and the

Aiming at torque assault and coefficient fluctuation influence aircraft braking system by using carbon brake, the IPP, MTPB and PPB are used to improve the brake material adaptability with the material characteristics, such as peak-to-valley ratio, the pea times T_C and average torque M_A. The angle was controlled to improved carbon brake adaptability. The dynamic inertia tests show that the way increases the adaptability of carbon brakes with different manufacturers and diverse processes and has more stable braking process, relative to the traditional brake mode. That has important practical significance to improve the safety and reliability of aircraft braking system.
