根据城市道路的实际使用功能与规划设计功能之间的吻合程,提出了功能匹配度这一概念,并从路段交通量的方式分担、距离分布(短、中、长距离出行比例)和平均车速等分流特征出发,对单条路段的功能匹配度进行了多层次的定量分析与研究,再依据一定的系统集聚原则,建立了由所有路段的功能匹配度指标计算整个路网功能匹配度的分析模型。在此基础上,给出了功能匹配度分析模型所需要的道路分流特征的提取思路,并以距离分布为例进行了算例分析。
This paper proposes the concept of functional matching degree based on the coincide degree between the actual function and the planning function of road links. According to the separated-stream characteristics of modal split, distance distribution (short, medium, and long-distance travel ratio) and the average speed, the hierarchy quantitative analysis and research of the functional matching degree of links is given in this paper. And on the principle of system aggregate, the computing model of the total network’s functional matching degree is derived from the functional matching degrees of all links. On this basis, this paper presents the ideas for extracting the necessary separating stream characteristics of functional matching analysis. Finally, the computing method of functional matching degree in distance distribution is analyzed as a case study.

In order to solve the problems of bad interoperability and low compositability between services during selecting appropriate services from a great number of services with same functional properties and different non-functional properties and composing these services,a method to compute semantic matching degree of composite service based on bipartite graph is proposed.This method is used for evaluating compositability and semantic analysis of composite service.In order to ensure that the selected services can connect seamlessly and compose effectively,the semantic matching de-gree is combined with non-functional properties to evaluate the overall quality of composite service. 语义Web服务发现机制在发现服务时的准确率较低。为解决该问题,提出一种基于模糊聚类优化的语义Web服务发现方法。采用改进的模糊C-均值(FCM)聚类算法,实现对服务聚类预处理,在模糊聚类时,综合考虑服务的输入、输出、前提、效果4个功能性参数,并扩展已有的服务匹配机制,在匹配时,将服务的4个功能性参数全部作为服务相似的计算因子。实验结果表明,在模糊聚类稳定的条件下,该方法的服务平均查全率为79.6%,平均查准率为85.9%,均高于未采用聚类处理和只采用输入/输出参数的FCM聚类处理方法。
Aiming at the problem of low efficiency for semantic Web service discovery mechanism in finding service, this paper proposes a novel method based on fuzzy clustering for optimizing semantic Web service discovery. It adopts the modified Fuzzy C-means(FCM) clustering algorithm to realize the cluster preprocessing of services. When clustering services, it can comprehensively consider the input, output, premise and the effect of service as the clustering parameters. This paper expands existing services matching mechanism. When matching services, it can take four functional parameters of service as its factors for similarity calculation. Experimental results show that under in fuzzy clustering stable conditions, the method of service average recall rate of 79.6%, and the average prospective rate of 85.9%, higher than the clustering process and only using Input/Output(I/O) parameters FCM method of clustering processing.
用户体验是用户创新的基础,积极的用户体验为用户创新提供高价值的创新参考。以用户与CNKI新旧版本交互过程为实证对象,采用实验研究和问卷调查相结合的方法,使用SPSS对实验数据进行分析,根据数据分析结果可知:检索功能和与用户匹配度方面,整体上来说,新版的改进提高了用户的满意,但用户对一些细节因素的满意与旧版相差不大;帮助功能方面,新版的改进没有提高用户满意。根据分析结果提出了CNKI版本更新中应考虑的创新源。同时,基于此提出了基于用户体验创新研究应考虑的因素。
VAs the user experience is the basis of user innovation, a positive user experience can provide innovation reference of high val-ue for user innovation. This paper uses the user''s interaction process with the old and new versions of CNKI as the empirical research ob-ject, by using the methods of experiment and questionnaire survey, and applying SPSS analysis of experimental data, the results show that the retrieval function and user demand matching, on the whole, are improved in the new version and improve user satisfaction, but there is no significant improvement in user satisfaction with the new version in function like helpfulness. The innovation sources that should be considered in CNKI version updating are then identified;furthermore, factors that should be considered in innovation research based on us-er experience are put forward at last.

Objective To analyze the content validity of Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM) for cerebral palsy. Methods Concept contained in each item of GMFM was determined by 3 rehabilitation physicians or therapists who evaluated with GMFM for more than 2 years. All the concepts extracted were discussed in a meeting. The terms finalized were linked to the categories of International Classifica-tion of Functioning, Disability and Health Child and Youth version (ICF-CY) by 2 rehabilitation physicians who are familiar with the terms of ICF-CY according to the linking rules after discussion. Third party would intervene informally if there was a disagreement. The distribu-tion of the ICF-CY categories involved were analyzed. 主体功能区建设力求实现区域资源环境与社会经济发展的协调。以水资源为例,通过指标构建,对黑龙江省水资源与社会经济发展协调进行了评价。结果表明,黑龙江省水资源分布与人类生产活动在空间上很不匹配是导致不协调的主要原因之一;大庆市协调最低,仅为0.298,处于极不协调状态,哈尔滨市、齐齐哈尔市、鸡西市、佳木斯市、七台河市、绥化市均处于不协调状态,水资源不足已经严重制约了这些地区的发展。今后应加大水利工程投资力,优化用水结构,提高用水效率,以实现水资源与社会经济的协调发展,为主体功能区建设服务。
The construction of main functional zone aims to realize regional harmony development among environment,society and economy.We evaluated the coordination degree between water resources and social economic development in Heilongjiang Province with a series of indexes.The results showed that mismatch of water resources and human production activity in space was one of the main reasons that induce incoordination;the lowest coordination degree existed in Daqing city and only got 0.298;the cities such as Haerbin,Qiqihaer,Jixi,Jiamusi,Qitaihe and Suihua were also in the incoordinate condition.Water resources shortage has already restricted the development of these regions significantly.Some suggestions such as enhance water engineering investment,optimize water consuming structure and improve water using efficiency were put forward.

Aiming at the service selection method in cloud computing which has a lot of similar or same functions but different quality service environment has the defects of low efficiency and real-time performance,therefore,a service selection method based on clustering and skyline computing was proposed.Firstly,the fuzzy clustering method was used to classify the abstract service class,the class with the best match ability with the user service request was defined as the candidate class,then the skyline computing was used to get the dominated candidate service,finally,the compound service was obtained by maximizing the utility function.The experiment shows the method in this paper can realize service selection in cloud computing,and compared with the other methods,it has the larger matching ability with the user request constraint with the lower algorism complexity,and the service selection accuracy is as high as 100%.Therefore it is proved has big priority.

To solve the manual file condition of product design of PLM in household electrical appliance enterprises , which is difficult for querying and cooperation , the Ontology theory is introduced into the field of home appliances .The functional semantic extending method is presented and used to construct a function body based on top -level ontology con-struction method of home appliances and extension method of ontology semantic .The index knowledge repository model of user demand-oriented is constructed .The home appliance product design knowledge is expressed by using OWL lan -guage.The user needs and ontology knowledge index are transformed by the method of ontology mapping and matching of similarity to realize the sharing of semantic .Finally, to verify the correct of the index knowledge model , the knowledge sha-ring platform is established by product design for refrigerator enterprise .
