The effects of the adhesive agent content on the properties of the investment for casting titanium were studied. The compressive strength and thermal expansion ratio of the investment with different adhesive agent content were investigated. The morphology and composition of the reaction layer on the titanium casting’s surface were observed by SEM and EDS. The phase composition of the investment was studied by X-ray diffraction. The compressive strength and thermal expansion ratio of the investment were signiifcantly improved by adding the adhesive agent. The highest compressive strength of the investment was 8.61 MPa when the adhesive agent content was 7.5wt.%. The corresponding thermal expansion ratio was 1.81%, which could compensate the shrinkage of titanium in the casting process. The thickness of the surface reaction layer of the titanium cast by the investment was 10μm, which is much thinner than that of the titanium cast by a German commercial investment. Considering

The preparation of olive oil microencapsulation byβ-cyclodextrin adduction was studied. The embedding rate was used as evaluation index. The factors which affected the crafts of microencapsulation preparation included ultrasonic treatment time,wall material concentration,embedding temperature,core wall ratio and embedding time was analyzed. On the basis of single factor experiment,the optimal process parameters of microencapsulation of olive oil were determined by response surface methodology. The re-sults showed that the optimal embedding conditions were ratio of core to wall 1∶6 ,ultrasonic treatment time 15 min,wall material concentration 1∶19,embedding temperature 60 ℃,embedding time 90 min, and the embedding rate of olive oil was 76 . 2%.

Objective:To study the effect of different embedding agent for making frozen section.Methods:Physiological saline, ordinary glue and ultrasound coupling agent were used to manufacture frozen sections of the same tissue in the same conditions. They were compared with the imported OCT embedding agent.Results:The effect of frozen section of the three embedding agent was quite.Compared with import OCT embedding agent,the difference of frozen section was smaller.Conclusion:In the same environment and conditions,application of physiological saline,ordinary glue and ultrasound coupling agent for making frozen section can achieve the desired effect,and they can be universal applicated in clinical pathology and the scientific research work.

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of two groups in treating condyloma acuminatum. Methods:213 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Acupuncture group:107 cases had sterile needle of three edges along the wart body central to the subcutaneous fat layer andwith alcohol cotton ball oppression hemostasis;Embedding group:106 cases had autologous warts preparetions in medial upper arm and postoperative anti-infection.
