2011年10月3日--10月7日，中央电视台的《焦点访谈》栏目推出了一档国庆特别节目--《国庆走基层》。本文将通过对这一系列共五期节目的分析，探索如何进行电视新闻节目的策划与制作。具体从这五期节目的选题立意与表现形式两个方面分析其独到之处，选题立意包括：报道题材选择的原因、作用；表现形式包括：节目内容编排（题目、顺序、节目的内容）、采访人物的选择、镜头的运用、主持人的表现、细节表现等方面。对四期节目分别进行具体分析之后，再从整体进行分析。

从部队医院应急处突药材保障实践出发,结合医院近年来执行抗震救灾、国际维和、国庆阅兵、野营训练、部队演习、边防巡诊等应急处突药材保障情况,通过对一级库进行优化,探索出“集中管理、分级储备、一级库库存储备社会化、门诊药房超市化”等一套提高药材保障能力的新模式,为部队医院执行应急处突任务提供了强有力的物资保障。

The article is based on the practice of the military hospital''s medicinal material ensurance in emergence and combined with implementing the pharmaceutical supply situation for emergency treatment in recent years,including earthquake relief work,international peacekeeping,National Day military parade,camping training,military exercises,border inspection,etc. A set of new pharmaceutical supply pattern for increasing the medicinal material guarantee capacity has been explored out by optimizing the class 1 warehouse,which com-prising centralized management,classified reserve,socialized warehouse storage of class 1 warehouse and supermarket - style outpatient pharmacy. This new mode provides a strong material support for military hospitals implementing the emergency treatment task.

传统的旅游数据获取方法已经落后于整体的旅游业发展的需求，如何获得客观准确的旅游数据，一直是一件让人头痛的事。分析大数据背景和目前旅游数据统计中的各种问题，研究出以微观数据统计为基础的旅游数据统计平台的设计方案和实现方法，利用该平台，测试性地对成都游客在2013年国庆7天消费情况进行统计分析，证明了该平台（ MTIS）的实用价值。该平台基于移动互联网、LBS、数据挖掘等新技术，有很好的可行性和实用性，能够为旅游中的不同单位和个体提供优质的信息化服务。同时，该平台的应用，将带来旅游数据统计、分析、营销的重大突破。

It is quite difficult to obtain the accurate tourism data since the traditional way to obtain tourism data lags far behind the demand of overall tourism development. With the analysis of big data background and problems in tourism data statistics, this paper offers a design plan and implement meth?ods of tourism data statistics platform based on micro data statistics. To testify the practical value of the platform ( MTIS) , the paper goes further to use the platform to do a test statistical analysis of tourists’ consumption in Chengdu during the National Day Holidays of 2013. Based on the new technology of mo?bile Internet, LBS and data mining, the platform is so feasible and practical that it can provide units and individuals involved in tourism with good information service. Moreover, its application will make a breakthrough to the data statistics, analysis and marketing of tourism.

目的 探讨真骨盆缘完整的髋臼高位前柱骨折采用空心拉力螺钉联合重建钢板固定的疗效.方法 2009年6月-2012年9月收治真骨盆缘完整的髋臼高位前柱骨折6例,其中挤压伤4例,高处坠落伤2例;参照谭国庆等分型:单纯型4例,粉碎型2例.采用髂股入路先行髋臼顶复位空心拉力螺钉固定,后复位、重建钢板固定髂骨翼及髂嵴.结果 6例术后随访12～24个月,平均18个月.所有患者骨折均愈合,愈合时间12 ～ 18周,平均16周.术后按Matta影像学评定标准,优5例,良1例,优良率100％.末次随访时按Matta改良的Merle d''Aubigne和Postel髋关节功能评分标准,优4例,良2例,优良率100％.术后2例出现股外侧皮神经麻痹,口服神经营养药物2～3个月后均恢复.结论 空心拉力螺钉联合重建钢板治疗真骨盆缘完整的髋臼高位前柱骨折固定可靠,临床疗效满意.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high anterior column fracture of the acetabulum with intact true pelvic brim fixed using hollow lag screws plus reconstruction plates.Methods All cases of high anterior column fracture of the acetabulum with intact true pelvic brim treated from June 2009 to September 2012 were included.Crush contributed to injury in 4 cases and high fall to injury in 2 cases.According to Tan Guoqing'' s classification,4 cases were classified as simple type and 2 cases comminuted type.All cases were treated through iliofemoral approach to reduce and fix acetabular roof by hollow lag screws firstly,and then fix iliac wing and iliac crest by reconstruction plates.Results Six cases were followed up for mean 18 months (range,12-24 months).Fracture healed after mean 16 weeks (range,12-18 weeks).Radiological results assessed using Matta'' s score system were excellent in 5 cases and good in 1 case with good to excellent rate of 100％.At the final follo
