吟咏孙子与《孙子兵法》的诗词曲赋,既有只言片语,也有长篇宏论。这些诗词曲赋出自不同的社会环境和不同的个人情感。有的诞生于承平之世,有的诞生于战乱之际,有的创作于武科应试之际,有的创作于友人送别之际,有的是对不良风气的讥刺,有的是孙氏后裔对祖先的凭吊。这些诗词曲赋主要表达了四种不同情怀:一是对孙子治兵才能的夸赞,二是对孙子兵学思想的赞叹,三是以孙子风格创作、品评诗作,四是对孙子历史遗迹所发的幽思。这些诗词曲赋分散在史书、小说、文集、诗集、剧曲、画作、碑刻中,而它们的作者又出身于不同的社会阶层。因此,这些诗词曲赋不仅提升了孙子的社会知名度,而且有力地推动了《孙子兵法》向更为广泛的社会领域传播。

Poems and operas reciting Sun Tzu and Sun Tzu’s The Art of War had not only a word or two but also a long statement .These poems and operas had been from different social background .Some were created in the social pacific time ,some in the national war time ,some in the military exam ,some in when friends parted with ,some in criticizing adverse social atmosphere ,and some in Sun Tzu’s descendants in missing their ancestor .Thousands of different forms but not the only one .The contents of these poems and operas expressed the authors’ different feel‐ings :the first was to praise Sun Tzu’s ability managing the army .The second was to praise Sun Tzu’s military thought .The third was to criticize poems by Sun Tzu’s the style of writing .And the fourth was to ponder for Sun Tzu’s historical remains .Their authors of these poems ,novels ,essays dispersed in history ,poetry ,drama ,inscrip‐tions ,paintings ,and were from different social strata .Not only had these poems a

在法国，祖父母对孙子女的探望权最早是通过判例形成的，在长期的司法实践中，探望权制度不断获得发展。为了保护孙子女的利益，法国对祖父母探望权设置了一定的限制理由，并且通过立法将孙子女作为探望权主体，为了确保实现探望权，对于拒绝探望请求者可以给予刑事处罚。目前，在我国如何完善探望权制度是个热点问题，法国的司法实践和立法经验值得我国借鉴。

In France, grandparent’s visitation is formed through judicial case, in the long-term judicial practice, the visitation right system perfect. In order to protect the interests of grandchildren and grandparents visitation has certain limitations, and, by modifying the civil code of the children as subject of visitation right. In order to ensure realization of visitation right, refused to visit request can be given criminal punishment. At present, in China, improving the system of visitation right is a hot issue, the French judicial practice and legislation have enlightenment significance to our country.

Many aspects of the culture of Korean Peninsula are affected by China .The spread of Chinese military books ,such as The Art of War ,in Korea maybe is earlier than in Japan .Sun Tzu’s thinking is learned as philosophy by Korean scholars .The A rt of War has created a historical record in publishing history in South Korea .It is widely spread and mainly applied in social culture and life ,which has influenced generations of people in South Korea .The entrepreneurs in South Korea admire Sun Tzu and Mao Zedong and a trend of Sun Tzu Business Science has been formed .The scholars in South Korea use the essence of Sun Tzu to interpret the military relationship between China and South Korea so as to deal with the situation in Korean Peninsula and construct harmonious world .

The research of The Art of War in Liaoning in recent one hundred years has been flourished after the opening‐up and reforms .The chief achievements are focused on document research ,ontology research and application research .These achievements has aroused the attention with creative value and significance and pushed forward the deep development of Sun Tzu research ,which has benefited from the long term cultural construction and talent cultivation and is the inevitable result of the introduction of new theories and methods .
