This paper discusses characteristics ,quality and influence of academic journal from the aspect of concept and function ,giving defi-nition of each of them .Despite their different connotation ,they directly or indirectly reflect the significance of academic quality level .There-fore ,the academic quality is the most important thing and it will be prior forever for an academic journal to improve its academic quality .

在本文中，主要探讨了《丁甘仁医案》的学术特色，为学习与临床应用该论著提供借鉴。采用文献学研究方法，分别从学术思想、用药特点、临床经验方面探讨《丁甘仁医案》的学术特色。通过分析认为，《丁甘仁医案》的学术特色归纳为4个方面，分别为善用经方，辨治伤寒杂病；重视六经，倡导寒温融合；用药清灵，主张和缓醇正；辨治喉痧，着重分清气营。《丁甘仁医案》具有较高的学术研究与临床应用价值，值得深入研究。

To discuss the academic features of Ding-Ganren’s medical records and to provide the references for learning and applying the theories in the book.
