The waste sealing oil of mixer was recycled and applied in the tire lfap. The recycled oil contained carbon black, additives and some rubber compound. After allowed standing, the recycle oil was separated into clear oil in the upper layer and residue mixture in the middle and bottom layers. The upper layer clear oil was then added into aromatic oil and showed no negative effect on the normal use of the aromatic oil if the percentage of recycled oil did not exceed 4%. The residue mixture in the middle and bottom layers was applied in the tire lfap at the addition level of 2 phr. By adjusting the mixing process, the processing properties and physical properties of the rubber compound showed no change, and the performance of the ifnished lfap met the requirements of enterprise standard. The experimental results also showed that, there was no stain or oil bleed, no color change or appearance change after storage of the finished products. Light transmittance of base oil from different waste oil was investigated using molecular distillation with adjusted parameters. Experimental results showed that transmittance of first stage base oil decreased and transmittance of second stage base oil increased with increasing temperature. Optimal temperature for waste machine oil was 225℃,210℃ for waste hydraulic fluid,and 215℃ for waste mixed oil. Transmittance of first stage base oil increased and transmittance of second stage base oil decreased with increasing vacuum. Optimal pressure for waste machine oil was 12Pa,18Pa for waste hydraulic fluid and 16Pa for waste mixed oil. When flow increased,transmittance of first stage and second stage base oil decreased accordingly.

For the purpose of controlling the harm of A pocheima cinerarius on poplar ,several kinds of experi-mental method were studied to prevent and control thepest .The results showed that the prevention and control effect with insecticidal ring on the trunk was better than sticky insect glue ,transparent tape ,waste engine oil , etc .The effect with insecticidal ring coated on the transparent tape bottom edge 2 cm was better than that of coated on the upper edge .The prevention and control method with insecticidal ring on the trunk could’t kill natural enemies and birds ,had low pollution and low toxicity for human ,its ecological benefit was remarkable . Moreover ,the method was simple ,easy to operate ,timesaving and easy to generalization .

Oil dilution is one of the usual phenomena that happen during engine test,and for TDI gasoline engine that phenomenon is more obvious than that of NA engine. Oil dilution could disable oil from its nor-mal functions and lower its dynamic viscosity; in worse cases that would cause decrease of oil pressure, failure of moving parts and drop of engine''s reliability. In this paper factors having influence on oil dilution of one TDI engine with a displacement of 1.8L have been investigated,and in order to find out methods to solve that oil dilution phenomenon benchmark analysis and optimization variation have been done with oil type,oil temperature,coolant temperature,SOI angle,crankcase breath system,piston blow by and lay-out of fuel injector. Oil dilution includes both fuel injection dilution and oil evaporation dilution,in this pa-per fuel injection dilution has been investigated.

Oil pan is one of the most important components of engines. Vibration of the oil pan excited by engine opera-tion is the main source of noise. In this paper, finite element analysis method was applied to model the oil pan. The first ten order natural frequencies of the oil pan were obtained by means of Hyperworks software. Test frequencies were obtained by using experimental modal analysis. By comparing the tested results with simulation results, the accuracy of finite element analysis was verified. This work provides a basis for structure optimization design and the analysis of forced vibration of en-gine oil pans.

Oil burning is one of the common phenomenons during engine test,especially for turbocharged GDI engine,oil burning is rather common with high operating temperature and pressure. Additional oil consumption will reduce engine oil regular change mileage,lead to oil fuel ratio imbalance,increase kinematic pair wear,damage component using function,influence the emission and after-treatment system,even cause engine deflagration,thus engine power down even scrapped. This paper mainly analyzes the influencing factors of oil burning for a 2.0 L GDI turbocharged GDI engine,including piston ring height,oil ring structure,oil return layout,turbocharger oil loss,valve sealing,piston ring land, cylinder overlapping curve parameters,cylinder clearance and oil temperature stability. With the test analysis and verification,the result indicates that the oil burning of GDI can be improved by increasing piston ring height,changing oil ring structure,improving oil return,optimizing the structures

The resistance torque of the diesel engine was calculated through a new method that the transient speed signal is collected and processed to get the resistance torque during the shutdown process of the diesel engine. A multi-cylinder diesel engine was studied. The relationship between oil temperature on diesel engine at different speeds and resistance torque was analyzed. Polynomial fitting method was applied to get the relation between resistance torque and oil temperature. The experiment and calculation result shows:At the same speed, resistance torque rises with oil temperature lowering and distributes in quadratic polynomial law with oil temperature;when the speed increases, resistance torque increases more with the oil temperature lowering. Polynomial fitting formula can be used to predict resistance torque in a certain oil temperature and speed range.
