考察自闭症谱系障碍儿童情绪面孔加工的时间进程特点.方法:让ASD组、聋哑组和正常组被试观看中性、恐惧、愉悦三种情绪面孔图片,并用Tobii眼动仪记录其眼动指标进行分析.结果:(1)ASD儿童觉察情绪面孔的时间显著长于聋哑儿童和正常儿童,对情绪面孔的注视时间显著少于聋哑儿童和正常儿童;(2)ASD儿童对情绪面孔眼睛的注视时间显著少于对照组,但对嘴巴的注视时间差异不显著;(3)三组被试注视恐惧面孔的时间显著长于另外两种情绪面孔,主要是对恐惧嘴部的注视较多;(4)ASD组对情绪面孔的注视时间和各时程上注视分配都显著少于聋哑组和正常组,但注意时间分配趋势、情绪面孔加工模式并无差异.结论:ASD儿童情绪面孔加工模式与正常儿童无异,但存在数量的不足.
Objective:To explore the time course of emotional faces processing in autism children. Methods:Children with ASD, deaf-mute children and typical developing were required to look at a range of facial images with emotions, including neutral, afraid and happy emotions, while eye movement were recorded and time course of emotional faces processing were analyzed. Results: (1) Participants with ASD spent more time on detecting emotional faces, and less fixation duration on emotional faces when compared with deaf-mute and typical developing children;(2) ASD children spent less fixation duration of eye region compared to control groups, but no significant difference between three groups;(3) All three groups spent much more time on faces of fear than happy and neutral faces, especially the mouth region of fear faces; (4) There is a similar trend of attention allocation and perception model among groups. 为比较准确地了解国内 ASD者面孔识别研究的热点和前沿,为今后研究提供行之有效的建议,采用关键词共词分析法,利用 Bicomb软件及 SPSS软件绘制了从中国知网中查询到的55篇文献的热点知识图谱。研究结果发现:ASD者面孔识别研究热点主要围绕在5大领域:社会能力研究、面孔加工情绪面孔加工研究、认知和情绪加工的功能性磁共振成像( fMRI)研究、面孔加工的神经机制和生理指标研究、情绪认知干预研究。为避免已有研究热点存在的5方面不足,后继研究者应该从5个方面入手以期获得更多的创新性研究成果。
In order to provide objective and accurate hotspots and frontier of ASD patients, face recognition research in China, and to provide effective suggestions for future research, the research uses keywords Co-word Analysis Meth-od and the softwares of Bicomb and SPSS to analysis 55 papers, which are selected from CNKI.The research dis-covers the following results:the hotspots of ASD patients, face recognition researches are around six fields.Those are:social competence research, face processing and processing of emotional faces, the fMRI study about the cog-nitive processing and emotional processing, studies of the facial processing neural mechanism and physiological in-dexes, studies of the effect of emotion perception intervention.In order to avoid its five aspects of existing short-comings, the successors should start from five aspects to obtain more innovative research results.

收集整理一套集情绪信息与性别信息于一体的标准化实验材料,从而更精细地研究情绪信息、性别信息(语义信息)加工及二者的交互作用。方法:通过方便取样选取40名研究生,对从网络收集和由Facegen modller 3.5软件制作并统一处理后的401张情绪和性别信息均明确以及二者信息均模糊的面孔图片,在男、女、积极、消极、吸引注意的程度、唤醒程度六个信息特征上用七点量表进行评分;对97个具有情绪意义或性别意义的共四类单字分别在积极、消极、男、女意义特征上用七点量表进行评分。结果:该材料库中最后有255张面孔图片的情绪信息和性别信息的强强特征无差异(p0.05),弱弱特征无差异(p0.05),强弱特征差异显著(p0.05);在笔画数和字频平衡后,男、女、积极、消极意义共四类92个字的强特征值和弱特征值与4进行的单样本t检验结果为,强特征t(91)=83.127,p0.001,弱特征t(91)=-96.124,p0.001。结论:严格量化匹配了情绪信息和性别(语义)信息的面孔图片,充实了可用于表情加工、性别认知、面孔识别等研究领域的图片库,其研制思路对于情绪与认知的关系研究亦会有所启示。
Objective :To study emotional information processing ,gender information processing and the in-teractive effect of the two factors more precisely ,this study collected up a set of standardized experimental materials that combined the emotional information and gender information .Methods :Facial expression pic-ture including clear emotional information and gender information were collected from internet ,while using Facegen modller 3 .5 to make neutral face pictures ;40 graduate students were selected by convenience sam-pling ;the study assessed all the processed pictures in the male and female ,positive and negative ,arousal and the level of attractive attention with a 7-point scale .It also assessed the male/female ,positive/nega-tive ,arousal ,the level of attractive attention with a 7-point scale after finding 97 one-character words with emotional significance and gender significance in “Modern Chinese Dictionary”,Results :The database con-tain 255 face pictures with emo

目的探究抑郁症患者在识别喜悦表情时前额叶.杏仁核最优效能连接模式,并以此探讨抑郁症前额叶-杏仁核情绪加工可能的异常机制。方法利用脑磁图检测20例抑郁症患者及20例相匹配的健康对照者在识别动态面部表情时的脑部反应。通过动态因果模型方法选出最优模型,并比较抑郁症组及对照组的效能连接变化。结果贝叶斯模型选择结果显示,总体最优模型的特征是背外侧前额叶、前扣带回、杏仁核两两存在自上而下的调节连接,模型超越概率为0.41。最优模型中固有连接水平出现组间差异,在固有连接水平上,抑郁症组右侧杏仁核-前扣带回的前向连接显著减弱(t=-2.50,P=0.016),前扣带回-背外侧前额叶的前向连接显著增强(t=2.37,P=0.022),杏仁核-背外侧前额前向连接显著增强(t=2.10,P=0.04)。结论抑郁症患者右侧半球自下而上的固有连接异常,可能与抑郁症患者负性偏向有关;而抑郁症患者处理喜悦面孔时前额叶-杏仁核调制连接并未出现明显异常。
Objective To investigate whether there is exists optimal effective connections of prefrontal-amygdala in patients with major depressive disorder when they recognize dynamic positive face expressions with the technology of magnetoencephalograph (MEG),and discuss the possible aberrant mechanism of emotion processing.Methods Twenty major depressive patients and 20 well-matched healthy volunteer controls participated in the experiment.The regions of interested brain area included the primary visual cortex (V1),the precuneus (PQ),the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC),the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC),the amygdala (AMYG).After constructing three putative models,dynamic causal model was used to select an optimal model,then extracted all the effective connection parameters and conducted t-test under the overall optimal model between-group comparison.Results The bayesian model selection (BMS) indicated that model with top-down modulate connections between DLPFC-ACC,DLPFC-AMYG and ACC-AMY
