The sealing test for bridge eccentric separated injection string normally adopted mechanical sealing test technology which exist the problems of high accident risk, low accuracy in test data and low working efifciency. Research on electric sealing test technology for bridge eccentric separated injection string was conducted to solve the above issues. The packer sealing performance was determined by tube pressure and formation pressure change curves which were real-time monitored by ground control systems and cable. Test results showed that this technology can effectively reduce the risk of downhole accidents such as check sealing apparatus sticking and dropping, sealing segment breakage and fall off in the process of bridge eccentric separated injection string sealing test. And the inspection seal results more intuitive, accurate and efifcient.

The sealed condition of separate injection string decides the effect of separate injection. The sealing check technology is the technical means to test the quality of separate injection string,which provides the basis for operations.The mechanical sealing check technology for sepa-rate injection string has the issues like wire pulled off easily,low success rate,low efficiency and so on.Response to these problems,the electrical sealing check technology for separate injection string is studied.Through field testing applications,it is proven that the technology can achieve setting and releasing operations of the rubber electrically,reaching high accuracy,high efficiency and high success rate of 100%.The technology can meet the needs of the sealing check for sepa-rate injection string in Dagang oilfield,which becomes the governing supporting technology in a new model.
