Objective: To treat spontaneous entrapment in bilateral posterior interosseous nerve by using microscopic equip-ment for release of entrapment fiber and epineurium, and to observe postoperative treatment efficacy and evaluate the effect of the treat-ment. Methods:For 5 patients whose middle and ring fingers of both hands were restricted because of spontaneous entrapment in bilat-eral posterior interosseous nerve, the entrapment fiber and epineurium were cut and released. They were given more nutrition and did early postoperative nerve protective function exercises. The activity and muscle strength of the suffering dorsal digitals were followed-up. Results:All the patients were followed up for 10 to 15 months with an average of 12. 5 months. Two-hand-finger joints of the pa-tients could bend and stretch, and the less stretch ROM was 0°-30° with an average of 15. According to Dargan function evaluation standard, 4 fingers were excellent, 2 fingers were good, 1 finger was fair

Objective:To understand the status of life satisfaction of hearing-impaired vocational college students, and to dis-cuss the subjective and objective factors thereof. Methods:89 hearing-impaired vocational college students were measured on their life satisfaction using CASLSS. Using SPSS to analysis the data. Results:(1) The rank ( from high to low) of the six dimensions of the life satisfaction was family, friend, learning, environment, school, and freedom. (2) There were significant differences on life satis-faction between different genders of vocational college students. Female students got higher scores than male students on the dimensions of friend, freedom and general life satisfaction. ( 3 ) There were significant differences on life satisfaction among different grades of hearing-impaired vocational college students, and the graduating students got lower scores than non-graduating students on the dimen-sions of friend, school, environment and learning. Using the Urban Well-being Index Questionnaire that compiled by professor Huang Xiting et al, the difference and current situation of well-being index of 319 urban and rural residents in Changzhou are investigated. The results show as follows: (1) The general happiness of urban and rural residents in Changzhou is quite high. (2) In terms of area well-being index of Changzhou urban and rural residents, economic life satisfaction, cultural life satisfaction, environment life satisfaction and interpersonal satisfaction are all above average and the interpersonal satisfaction is the highest. (3) Among urban and rural residents, there are significant differences in general happiness and three area well-being index, i.e. political life satisfaction, economic life satisfaction and cultural life satisfaction. However, in relationship satisfaction, health satisfaction and environment satisfaction, there is no significant difference among urban and rural residents.

Using the methods of literature review and comparative analysis ,the paper analyzes and the job satisfaction of medical staff from the angle of job satisfaction concept ,related theory research ,the research progress of medical staffs’ job satisfaction ,the research situation of medical staffs’ job satisfaction at home and abroad .It is difficulty to find the related research to the job satisfaction of employed medical staffs ,not much research was found on job satisfaction of staffs in second class hospitals and community hospitals .The scale needs to be improved and perfected in order to adapt to the current situation about the job satisfaction of medical staff at home .As the job satisfaction of the medical staff is more and more important ,the research of job satisfaction should be paid attention to ,and we can learn the whole condition about the job satisfaction in hospital correctly and immediately so taking measures to improve the degree of satisfaction .

Literature search,case study,expert interviews,and investigation were employed to develop and validate a training satisfaction scale for Chinese college athletes.It was found that ructural elements of training satisfaction for high-performing college athletes included satisfaction of training status,satisfaction of coach factors,satisfaction of their own situation and satisfaction of logistics conditions.Data indicated that such a scale had good reliability and validity,and could be used to assess training satisfaction in college athletes.
