运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法、对比法、数理统计法，对伦敦奥运会田径比赛成绩进行分析，研究结果表明：伦敦奥运会田径项目金牌榜的前三名分别是美国、俄罗斯和牙买加，金、银、铜牌的分布依旧越变越广，朝多极化发展；各大洲的竞技实力格局并不平衡，欧洲整体实力呈下滑趋势，北美洲在美国和牙买加的带动下田径实力呈上升趋势，非洲军团以自身的中长跑优势项目在国际田坛占据一席之地，亚洲、南美洲、大洋洲有所提高但依然处于弱势。

in this paper,using the method of documentary,expert interview and logical analy-sis,comparative method,mathematical statistics,the analysis of the London Olympic Games track and field achievements,the results show that the London Olympic Games track and field gold medal of the top three,respectively,America,Russia and Jamaica,the distribution of the gold,silver and bronze MEDALS still more and more widely,the multi-polarization development;Continents pat-tern of competitive strength is not balanced,the overall strength showed a trend of decline in Europe, North America and Jamaica led by track and field strength in the United States is on the rise,afrika korps middle-long-distance by its own advantage in the international sport seats,Asia,South A-merica,Oceania has improved but still weak.

国际货币协调是世界各国应对金融危机和货币风险的重要手段，国际金融危机是对货币政策协调的严峻考验和有力推动。当前，牙买加体系下的国际货币协调呈现出不同以往的五大特征，实现了“无协调的协调”、协调中博弈因素减弱、呈现出“雁式分工”格局、收益分配不均衡加剧、长效预期与短期利益取向并存。新特征预示着新起点，今后国际货币协调应致力于实现三步推进的战略构想，以国际区域货币合作为起点，以多元货币体系为过渡，最终走向超国家主权货币。

The international monetary coordination is an important means to tackle the financial crisis and currency risk around the world. The international financial crisis is a severe test and promotion of monetary policy coordination. Currently international monetary coordination of Jamaica system shows five characteristics different from the past, realizes "no coordination to the coordination"; in the coordination game factors weaken; present a "wild goose type division of labor"pattern; income distribution inequality is increasing; Long-term expectations and short-term benefit coexist. Methods such as Literature , mathematics statistics and logic conclusion are used , through analyzing the statistics of the distribution of medals of the 14th IAAF world championships , this paper gets the medals distribution of different continent and events . Using the comparison about medal gaining with different countries and regions on the 13th IAAF world championships and the 30th Olympic Games track and field competition , it finds the new pattern of world track and field . 1/3 medal gaining countries and regions are unstable ;The flow of medals go towards the direction of multipolarity , but most of the ownership tends to be centralized;The hegemony competition between Russia and the USA has not been broken , Jamaica and Kenya lead the second groups continue to grow , so the formation of a second polar outside Russia and the USA ;Oceania , South America and Asia has not changed their supporting role ;Advantages of event group gradually formed in some countries and the regions .

一直以来,由于有关国际货币体系演化与重构的研究讨论缺乏对于理论前提的分析和厘定,因而使自组织和自演化成为默认的理论分析前提。本文以系统论视角对这一演化历程展开了全面分析,研究发现,近代以来西方发达国家的历史,是不断构筑以其为中心的控制体系的历史。在西方发达国家不断成为世界主导的同时,其构筑的对象控制体系也得到不断扩展、强化,最终形成了以虚拟货币为具体控制手段的高效控制体系——牙买加体系,即现行国际货币体系。目前,以中国为首的发展中国家的首要使命,就是要打破以西方发达国家为主导的对象控制体系,并给出具有中国文化特色的解决方案,以公平的原则建立和谐的国际公共服务体系。

Lack of research on the theoretical studies makes the self-organization and self-evolution automatically become premises for theoretical analyses on the evolution and reconstruction of international monetary system. However, we find that the modern monetary system history is a process of western world building its own control system for their benefits. Western countries had become the leader of this world, and the monetary system they built has been more powerful and stronger, and eventually, it grew into an effective control system based on virtual currency, which is known as the Jamaica System and endures to today. Therefore, one of the most important missions of China and other developing countries is to break that control system, and find out the solutions with Chinese characteristics. A harmonious and sustainable international public service system should be built up eventually under the rules of one world one community.
