玉米浆是玉米淀粉生产加工所得的副产物,其含有蛋白质、维生素、氨基酸等营养成分,被广泛应用于微生物发酵生产中,但由于玉米浆包含有多种金属离子,可能会影响微生物发酵生产的过程。本研究通过单因素试验法分别采用Fe Cl3、Mn SO4、Zn SO4、Cu SO4和Ca Cl2模拟玉米浆中存在的Fe3+、Mn2+、Zn2+、Cu2+和Ca2+的不同质量分数,研究了玉米浆中存在的部分金属离子对三孢布拉氏霉菌合成β-胡萝卜素的影响,研究发现一定浓度的Zn2+或Mn2+对三孢布拉氏霉菌合成β-胡萝卜素有促进作用;而不同浓度的Fe3+,Cu2+和Ca2+对β-胡萝卜素合成存在抑制作用。本研究对以玉米浆为原料采用三孢布拉氏霉菌发酵生产β-胡萝卜素有一定的指导。
