综合分析与评价珠三角地区的区域物流发展水平，有助于推动珠三角地区物流企业的发展，扩大珠三角地区现代区域物流体系的影响力，提升珠三角地区区域物流发展的总体水平。本文从经济发展规模、物流业务规模、人力资源等方面构建3类区域物流发展水平评价指标体系，建立基于因子分析法、聚类分析法的区域物流发展水平综合评价模型，以珠三角9个城市为例开展实证分析，结果显示：广州、深圳居区域物流发展的前两位，而江门、肇庆则位居后两位，该结果与实际情况基本一致，并验证了模型的有效性。基于分析结果，给出了相应的对策建议。

A comprehensive analysis and assessment of the regional logistics development level in the Pearl River Delta serves to promote the development of related logistics enterprises, expand the influence of the modern logistics system in the Pearl River Delta region, and enhance the overall development of the Pearl River Delta’s logistics industry. This study builds three regional logistics development level evaluation index systems from the three aspects of economic development scale, logistics volume and human resources and constructs a comprehensive evaluation model for regional logistics development based on factor analysis and cluster analysis. An empirical analysis of the nine cities in the Pearl River Delta reveals that Guangzhou and Shenzhen ranks foremost and Jiangmen and Zhaoqing rank last and next to the last respectively. 多中心城市区域空间结构的研究和判断是制定适宜区域空间政策、推动其健康发展的前提和基础。珠三角地区作为我国快速发展的经济核心区和城镇密集区，其空间结构正在发生着显著的变化。以珠三角县级行政单位为基本空间单元，采用主成分分析和聚类分析法，对珠三角地区2000，2005，2010年多中心空间结构特征及演变进行研究。珠三角地区经历了从“核心—边缘”特征明显的单中心模式到“多中心”结构特征显著的发展历程，其演变模式总体上符合弗里德曼的区域空间结构演化理论。但在城市区域的空间尺度，钱皮恩的“离心模式、组合模式和融合模式”对其空间结构演变具有更好的解释力。现阶段，珠三角地区基本实现了经济中心和人口中心的空间耦合，但各中心在职能上仍然有所差别。

The study of polycentric-spatial structure is not only the premise of making appropriate policies for special development , but also the basis of sound development of the polycentric urban region .Pearl River Delta ( PRD) region is one of the rapid development cores of China , which spatial structure is changing .Taking PRD coun-ty-level administrative units as spatial bases , adopting principal component analysis and cluster analysis , this paper focuses on the characteristics and changes of spatial structure of the polycentric urban region in PRD around 2000, 2005 and 2010, and discusses its evolution mechanism .PRD region experiences significant changes from the core -pe-riphery-based single-center mode to polycentric-based mode , its evolution model is generally consistent with the re-gional spatial structure of J .R.Friedman evolution theory .But in the city regional spatial scale , the centrifugal mode , combination mode and integration mode of A .G.Champion has better

环渤海经济圈的迅速崛起,对国家经济发展发挥着巨大的推动作用.从能源视角,采用数据包络分析法对环渤海地区、长三角地区的上海市和浙江省、珠三角地区的广东省2000—2011年能源利用效率进行了测度.结果显示,环渤海地区的能源利用效率要低于长三角地区和珠三角地区.目前,环渤海地区四省两市一区的能源利用效率排名依次为：北京、天津、辽宁、内蒙古、山东、河北、山西.在此基础上提出了提高环渤海能源利用效率的对策.

The rapid rise of Bohai economic circle plays a huge role in promoting the national economic development. From the perspective of energy,using the data envelopment analysis,energy utilization efficiency of Bohai Rim area,the Yangtze River Delta region of Shanghai City and Zhejiang Province,the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province from 2000 to 2011 were measured. The results showed that the Bohai Rim area energy efficiency is lower than the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. The energy utilization efficiency ranking is as follows:Beijing,Tianjin,Liaoning,Inner Mongolia,Shandong,Hebei,Shanxi. On this basis,strategies to improve the energy efficiency of the Bohai Rim area are proposed .

在国家大力扶持珠三角地区会展业发展的新形势下，珠三角会展产业进入蓬勃高速发展的时期，涉外型展会日益增多。但目前高校会展英语人才培养和匹配会展市场的速度跟不上行业发展的速度。依据《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要（2008—2020年）》，本地区高校会展英语人才培养要立足于珠三角会展产业国际化升级的需求，培养重点应从传统的会展管理策划转向会展英语复合型人才，为地方经济的转型提供人才支持。

In the new era, the government strongly supports the development of exhibition industry in the Pearl River Delta, and the industry is entering into a period of high-speed development vigorously. Therefore, foreign-related exhibition becomes blooming in the region. But the development of college exhibition English talent cultivation can''t keep up w ith the development of the industry market. According to "The Pearl River Delta region reformand development plan, the higher vocational talents cultivation of the area should be based on exhibition industry upgrade requirements, the training focus should convert fromtraditional exhibition management planning to compound talents and provide talent support for the transformation of the local economy.
