微课作为一种新的网络习资源形式在国内外迅速发展起来,微课的理论、计、开发与应研究也成为网络习、移动习研究的热点之一。通观微课的内涵、特点与网络环境,发现微课的教实践模式可以很好地实现"掌握习理论"的教育理念。在"掌握习理论"指导下,展现微课设计的理论与制作流程,分析微课视频的五种制作方法及其特点,并在《青少年习与生活中的心理系列微课设计与制作实践基础上,论述讲授型微课计思路和微课视频制作需注意的问题。
