对建筑物配电箱作等电位连接可有效降低人员触及配电设备外露导电部分时的接触电压，是市政建筑中必要的电气安全措施。本文以TN接地系统为例，分析作总等电位连接时人体承受的接触电压，作为设计过程中相应参数选取的参考依据，并给出了对其他场合作等电位连接的基本原则。

Making the equipotential connection to the distribution box of buildings can effectively reduce the personnel contact voltage when people touch the exposed conductive part of distribution equipment, and it’s a necessary electrical safety measures in municipal construction.Taking TN grounding system as an example,the paper mainly analyses the contact voltage of human body under the general equipotential connection,as the reference of selecting parameters in the progress of designing,and refers to the basic principle of other cooperative equipotential connection.
