近年来,职业决策困难受到了越来越多的关注。应用心理测量和数学建模的方法,采集了525份有效数据,对大学生职业决策困难的判别和预报进行元分析。研究结果表明,有37.3%的大学生存在职业决策困难,专业认同、职业定向、职业意识、任职条件、职业前景、教育经历等6个因子对大学生职业决策困难的判别有效,预报正确率超过80%。从就业主体和职业决策困难的预报特征来看,大学生对职业发展前景和教育经历产生困惑导致的心理失衡性失业,可能远远超过目前较为普遍认为的专业设置导致的结构性失业。
In recent years , more and more attention has been paid to the fact that young man , especially col-lege graduates, have some difficulties in career decision -making.525 large sample quantitative data were gathered through standard method of psychological measurement .37.3%of participants say they do not think clearly about their own future careers .Six factors that could forecast a judgment of career decision -making difficulty with accu-racy rate of more than 80%, are major identity, occupation consciousness, orientation, qualification, prospects, and education experience .On the view of the subjective and prediction characteristics , this paper argues that the unemployment of psychological imbalance of college students , due to a puzzle about their occupation prospects and education experience , is far more than structural unemployment due to professional settings .
