武钢1 580mm生产线粗轧R2入口推床在日常生产过程中出现多次油缸底层基础松动、地脚螺栓断裂的情况,造成设备损坏频繁,严重影响正常的生产和产品质量。虽做了几次修复加固,但仍无法彻底解决基础松动螺栓损坏的问题。为了彻底消除隐患,保证正常生产,针对粗轧R2入口推床基础螺栓断裂的问题,从根源入手分析查找原因,分别对油缸基础强度进行校核,液压系统进行综合分析以及电气控制程序进行全面分析优化,最终查找出问题根源,彻底解决了推床基础的问题,有效确保了R2入口推床的使用可靠性,保证了轧制节奏和稳定性,效果十分理想。
