It is dififcult to implement treatment in slim hole wells because of the small internal diameter of casing, big limitation on tool selection and complexity and diversity of falling objects. Aimed at this, a series of ifshing tools in slim hole wells was developed including oil pipe hoop back off sub, prevent channeling external hook and three adjustable ball overshot. The structure, operational principle, technique characteristics and ifeld application cases of these tools were introduced in this paper. The application of these tools greatly enhanced the salvage success rate solved dififcult problem of implement treatment in slim hole wells, which provide some techni-cal reference for ifshing in slim hole wells.

In order to lighten the weight of one kind of domestic car, magnesium-alloy is used for designing its door reinforce-ments.Considering the deformation characteristics of magnesium-alloy, the original one-piece steel-made door reinforce-ments are redesigned to two-piece magnesium-alloy-made door reinforcements.Finally, the dynamic crash performance of the new door reinforcements is simulated.

A 3-D model of the slot structure of high-voltage motor stator bar is built with FEM. The electric field distribu-tion in the filler strip insulation structure beside the slot,and the influence of the in anti-corona layer sheet resistivity,air-gap length and rated voltage of stator bar on the electric potential in anti-corona layer are calculated. The results show that the high-est potential on the anti-corona layer always keeps linear relation with the resistivity of anti-corona layer and the rated voltage, and the potential can be reduced obviously when the length of the air-gap becomes smaller. As for different types of motor,these-lection of corresponding resistivity and structure parameters is the effective measure to limit the potential and improve the insula-tion performance of the motor.

In order to reduce and avoid the risk of aircrafts collision,it is necessary for aircraft to install a traffic alert collision avoidance system(TCAS). But the airborne collision avoidance system is not an independent sys-tem,it needs to connect with other airborne equipment crosslink . Through analyzing the crosslinked relationship between TCAS and airborne equipment and interface characteristics,a method is put forward to develop the in-terface adapter to implement crosslink between TCAS and original equipment for a transport aircraft,and a tech-nical implementation scheme of the interface adapter is given . The interface adapter accordingly designed hasbeen successfully applied to a transport aircraft airborne collision avoidance system installation works,and the crosslinking between TCAS and airborne equipment is realized,and the aircraft collision avoidance capability is enhanced.

In order to select effective medicament for the prevention and control of pear scab,using Whangkeumbae pear as research material,the field control experiment on pear scab was conducted.The results showed that 30%hexaconazole SC had the best effect,the control effect of 2 000,3 000,4 000 times liquid of 30%hexaconazole SC on pear leaves were 87.23%、83.17%、80.61%respectively,and control effect on fruit were 86.21%,83.12%,80.29% respectively.Control effect of 3 000,4 000 times of 15% difenoconazole WG,6 000,7 000 times of 40% myclobutanil EC,40%flusilazole EC on pear leaves and fruit were all above 80%.The four kinds of triazole fungicides tested are ideal insecticide for chemical control of pear scab.
