用 Potter 喷雾法测定了联苯肼酯对柑橘全爪螨的室内毒力，并通过田间药效试验评价了联苯肼酯对柑橘全爪螨的防治效果。结果表明，联苯肼酯对柑橘全爪螨的 LC50为95．37 mg/L、对照药剂哒螨灵的 LC50为228．09 mg/L，联苯肼酯的毒力为哒螨灵的2．39倍。2011-2012年田间药效试验表明，药后1 d，43％联苯肼酯悬浮剂165、195、239 mg/kg 处理的防效为50％～60％，明显低于15％哒螨灵乳油75 mg/kg 处理的防效；药后3 d，43％联苯肼酯悬浮剂239 mg/kg 处理的防效达到75％以上，与15％哒螨灵乳油的防效相当；药后15 d，195、239 mg/kg 处理的防效为88．63％～91．23％，显著高于15％哒螨灵乳油的防效。本试验表明，43％联苯肼酯悬浮剂对柑橘全爪螨的速效性较差，但持效期长，药效可持续15 d，是防治柑橘全爪螨的较好药剂之一。

Toxicity and field control effect of bifenazate against Panonychus citri McGregor were evaluated by Potter-spraying method and field experiments.The results showed that the LC50 values of bifenazate and pyrid-aben were 95.37 mg/L and 228.09 mg/L,respectively,and the toxicity index of bifenazate was 2.39.The field experiments conducted in 2011 -2012 showed that the control effect of 43% bifenazate suspension was 50% to 60% at the concentration of 165,195,239 mg/kg one day after treatment,significantly lower than that of 15%pyridaben emulsifiable concentrate at the concentration of 75 mg/kg (about 70%).Three days after treatment, the control effect of 43% bifenazate at the concentration of 239 mg/kg was equivalent with that of 15% pyrid-aben,with control efficacy of over 75%.After fifteen days,the control effect of 43% bifenazate at the concen-tration of 195,239 mg/kg were 88.63% - 91 .23%,significantly higher than that of 15% pyridaben emulsifiable concentrate.These results de

The anti-mite mechanism of superfine fiber nonwovens was introduced. The product structure and properties were studied and tested through composite staple spunlace, meltblown composites, spunbond plus spunlace three kinds of non-woven processes. The comparative analysis of the United States Tyvek an-ti-mite product provided a reference for the research and application of anti-mite products.

利用10%叶螨净WP(自制)、5%噻螨酮EC、10%浏阳霉素EC和10%溴虫腈SC共4种农药对酢浆草岩螨进行田间药效试验.结果表明:速效性最好的是10%叶螨净WP1 000倍液,药后5 d的校正防效为78.8%;试验药剂的长效性均较好,药后15 d,10%叶螨净WP1 000倍、2 000倍液,10%浏阳霉素EC 1 000倍、2 000倍液的校正防效均达到了100%,5%噻螨酮EC 1 000倍、2 000倍液,10%溴虫腈SC 1 000倍、2 000倍液的校正防效也均超过了96%.

Four acaricides such as 10% Yemanjing WP (self-spotting),5% hexythiazox EC,10% Liuyangmycin EC and 10% chlorfenapyr SC were applied to compare the effect of controlling Petrobia (Tetranychina) harti (Ewing). The results showed that the control effect of 10% Yemanjing 1 000 times was the best after 5 d,correction control effect was 78.8± 6.1%;Long term test agents were better,10% Liuyangmycin 1 000 times,2 000 times the correction control efficiency reached 100% and 5% hexythiazox 1 000 times,2 000 times,10 % chlorfenapyr by 1 000 times, 2 000 times more than the correction of the control efficiency was 96%15 days after application.

为了明确240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂对苹果红蜘蛛的防治效果，2012年以常用药剂15％哒螨灵乳油为药剂对照，在苹果树上测试了240g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂6000倍液、4800倍液和4000倍液对苹果红蜘蛛的田间防治效果。结果表明：240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂4000～6000倍液处理均对苹果红蜘蛛表现了较好的防治效果。药后7 d，240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂各处理组的防治效果均达到最高值，且差异不显著，但防效均＞药剂对照，其中以240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂4000倍液处理的防治效果最好，防效为93.32％。在试验所用剂量下，240 g/L螺螨酯悬浮剂对苹果树生长安全，对有益天敌种类和数量等无不良影响。建议供试药剂的适宜使用浓度为4000～6000倍液。

In order to determine the control effect of 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC on european red mite , the 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC was diluted 6 000 times liquid, 4 800 times liquid and 4 000 times liquid, and the control effects of which on european red mite were tested with the control of 15% pyridaben EC insecticides in 2012.The results showed that 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC 4 000 -6 000 times liquid treatments on european red mite showed good con-trol effect.7 days after injection, the control effects of 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC treatments reached the highest, and the difference was not significant , they were all higher than chemical control effect.The control effect of 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC diluted 4 000 times was the best , and the control effect was 93.32%.In the dose of 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC, the apple tree was safety and there was no adverse effects on beneficial predator species and quantity.The suitable concentration of 240 g/L spirodiclofen SC was 4 000-6 000 times liquid.

斯氏钝绥螨Amblyseius swirskii(Athias-Henriot)是一种自然分布在地中海东部和东南部地区的多食性捕食螨,其能有效控制烟粉虱。鉴于目前我国没有良好的可用于商业化防治烟粉虱的本土捕食螨品种,考虑释放应用斯氏钝绥螨,用于我国温室烟粉虱的防治。外来生防因子在释放应用前需进行风险评估,而生防因子定殖能力的评估是风险评估的重要组成部分。本文根据斯氏钝绥螨的发育起点温度和有效积温,结合北京地区气象数据,推算斯氏钝绥螨在北京地区可否获得足够的有效积温完成生长发育,在此基础上进行其在北京地区冬季的室外存活试验,再结合该螨已知的热生物学特性和耐寒性,推定斯氏钝绥螨在我国北京地区定殖的可能性。试验结果表明,斯氏钝绥螨在北京地区一年可发生20代,但从11月到来年3月间的有效积温仅为9.6日度,不足以使斯氏钝绥螨完成一个世代;斯氏钝绥螨在冬季室外放置35 d时,死亡率达到100%;从2012年11月6日到2013年1月25日间每10 d在室外放置1批,共9批的斯氏钝绥螨,在2013年4月6日取回时,死亡率全部为100%。结合试验数据和已知斯氏钝绥螨的生物学特性,得知斯氏钝绥螨在北京地区冬季定殖的可能性极低。

Amblyseius swirskii (Athias-Henriot), native to the eastern and southeastern part of the Mediterranean region, is a polyphagous predatory mite used for the control of whiteflies. Due to the lack of commercialized predatory mites for controlling whiteflies in China, we are intending to introduce the predatory mite to control greenhouse whiteflies. According to regulations, environmental risk assessment is fundamentally necessary before the release of exotic natural enemies, among which establishment potential evaluation is a priority. The study estimated potential annual voltinism using degree-day model with temperature data from Beijing Meteorological Station, and assessed winter field survival of the predator. The results showed A. swirskii could complete a total of 20 generations per year in Beijing, but it was not able to complete life cycle from the beginning of November to the end of March.
