传统ABS液压系统工作时存在明显的振动与噪声,研究分析了ABS液压系统振动机制,提出用伺服阀代替普通换向阀,利用MATLAB/Simulink建立基于压力反馈的PID控制结合门限值控制的ABS控制器,实现了ABS液压系统流量的连续调节与控制。建立了ABS系统AMESim模型,通过数据接口嵌入ABS控制器,实现联合仿真。分析了原ABS系统与改进后的ABS系统的压力冲击、活塞位移、速度、加速度等曲线特征,并进行了对比。试验结果表明:改进后的ABS液压系统对压力波动的抑制很好,抗冲击性能明显提高。
There are obvious vibration and noise when the conventional ABS hydraulic system is working. The vibration mecha-nism of ABS hydraulic system was analyzed and studied. It was proposed using the servo valve instead of ordinary reversing valve,and the ABS controller based on pressure feedback of PID combined with threshold was established by MATLAB/Simulink,so the continu-ously adjusted and controlled flow of ABS hydraulic system were implemented. AMESim model of the ABS system was established to achieve co-simulation by the data interface embedded in the ABS controller. The pressure shocks,piston displacement,velocity and acceleration curves of characteristics of the conventional with improved ABS systems were analyzed in comparison. The experiment shows that the pressure fluctuation is inhibited effectively in the improved ABS hydraulic system,and the impulse-resistant performance is increased obviously.

目的制备、筛选多株具有商用价值的可配对的高特异性、高亲和力的抗人甲胎蛋白(hAFP)单克隆抗体,初步建立双抗体夹心ELISA检测方法。方法通过经典的淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术筛选分泌抗hAFP单抗的杂交瘤细胞株;对筛选所得单抗的特性进行鉴定分析;双抗体夹心ELISA法筛选最佳配对抗体;初步建立DAS-ELISA检测方法并检测血样,绘制其标准检测曲线并与进口试剂盒比较。结果共获得12株稳定分泌抗hAFP单抗的杂交瘤细胞株,其中Ab 1~Ab 5 5株单抗的腹水效价均高于600万,Ab 5的效价高达3000万;特异性鉴定结果表明Ab 1~Ab 5均能够特异识别天然hAFP分子,但Ab 5与人血清白蛋白(HSA)存在较强交叉反应;抗体配对实验共筛选出5对(Ab 1/HRP-Ab 2、Ab 1/HRP-Ab 4、Ab 3/HRP-Ab 2、Ab 3/HRP-Ab 4和Ab 4/HRP-Ab 1)能够满足hAFP检测要求且无交叉反应的配对抗体,最终确定Ab 1+Ab 3/HRP-Ab 2和Ab 1+Ab 3/HRP-Ab 4为最佳配对组合;利用最佳配对抗体组合建立标准检测曲线,其线性检测范围为5~250 ng/ml,最低检测限2 ng/ml,检测上限400 ng/ml,优于进口试剂盒的线性范围5~200 ng/ml和最低检测限5 ng/ml;样检结果显示自制试剂盒的阳性血清检测准确率99.2%(119/120例),阴性血清准确率100%(40/40例)。结论筛选获得的4株高亲和力、高特异性抗hAFP单抗均可应用于DAS-ELISA试剂盒的研制,Ab 1和Ab 3适合作为捕获抗体,Ab 2和Ab 4适合作检测抗体;自制试剂盒的线性检测范围和最低检测限均优于进口试剂盒,表明具有商用价值。
Objective To prepare several hAFP-specific monoclonal antibodies with high specificity and high affinity. To screen antibody pairs with potential commercial value from these mAbs and to develop a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (DAS-ELISA) for the detection of hAFP. Methods mAbs were prepared using the classic hybridoma fusion method, and the specificity of mAb was identified and analyzed. Using DAS-ELISA, the best antibody pair was selected from the mAbs. DAS-ELISA was optimized and compared to an ABCam ELISA kit. Then the initially self-made kit was used to detect a total of 160 samples (including 120 positive and 40 negative serums). Results A total of 12 mAbs was prepared and 5 of them had very high affinities. The titers of ascites of both Ab 1-Ab 5 were less than 1:6 million and Ab 5 had the best titer:1:30 million. Both Ab 1-Ab 5 could recognize the natural hAFP specifically, but Ab 5 had cross-reaction with HSA. In the selected antibody pairs, Ab 1/HRP-Ab 2, Ab 1/HRP

Objective To investigate the effects of recombinant human fibronectin fragment (RetroNectin) combined with anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody (CD3Ab) on the proliferation and cytotoxicity of cytokine-induced killer cells (CIK) from acute leukemia (AL). Methods Mononuclear cells (MNCs) were isolated from peripheral blood of complete remission AL pa-tients. The MNCs were cultured in vitro by precoating with RetroNectin (RN group), CD3Ab (CD3Ab group), RetroNectin com-bined with CD3Ab (RN+CD3Ab group) and traditional method (control group) to generate CIK. The changes of growth rate, characterization, cytotoxicity and apoptosis of CIK were determined between groups. Results The amplification of CIK was higher in experimental group than that of control group, and the amplification of CIK was higher in group RN+CD3Ab than that of in group RN and group CD3Ab (P<0.05). The expression of CD25 positive cells was higher in group RN and group RN+CD3Ab than that of group CD3Ab and control group (P<0.05)
以聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)为主体材料,以苯乙烯、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物(SAG-002)和甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、有机硅组成共聚物(S-2001)为增容剂,通过熔融混合挤出制得PC/ABS合金。对PC/ABS合金的力学性能、流动性能、热性能进行测试和分析,采用差示扫描量热(DSC)仪观察两种增容剂对PC/ABS合金玻璃化转变温度的影响,并讨论了增容剂在PC/ABS合金中的作用机理。研究发现,在增容剂SAG-002用量为2份时,随PC含量的增加,PC/ABS合金的力学性能随之提高;增容剂S-2001在该PC/PBT合金中有明显的增韧作用;在PC/ABS(质量比为80/20)中,加入2份增容剂SAG-002和4份的增容剂S-2001,PC/ABS合金的相容性达到最佳状态。
PC/ABS alloy was prepared by melt mixing and extrusion with PC and ABS as resin matrix,styrene-acrylonitrile-glycidyl methacrylate copolymer (SAG002) and methyl methacrylate-styrene-organosilicone copolymer(S2001) as compatibilizer. The mechanical,fluidity,thermal properties of the PC/ABS alloy were characterized and analyzed. The effects of compatibilizers with different contents of glass transition temperature of PC/ABS alloy were measured with DSC. Furthermore,the compatibility mechanism of the compatibilizers in the PC/ABS alloy was discussed. The test results show the mechanical properties of the PC/ABS alloy is strengthened with increasing PC content in PC/ABS alloy after adding compatibilizer(SAG-002) with its content being two phr. The compatibilizer(SAG-002) has an obvious toughening action for PC/ABS alloy. The PC/ABS alloy shows the best compatibility,which is composed of 80%PC and 20%ABS with adding two phr SAG-002 and four phr S-2001.

ABS/iPP composites were prepared by extrusion processing and its crystallization,mechanical proper-ties were studied.The result of WAXD showed that β-modification was induced with the help of ABS alongβ(300)lattice pland,and α-modification was restrained.When the content of ABS was 5wt%,the relative con-tent ofβ-crystal in iPP was 0.45,and the crystallinity was 66.94%.The results also showed that the relative content ofβ-crystal was hard to increase continually,because the crystalline rate was too fast for iPP chain seg-ment to adjust its chirality to formβ-crystal.It was found from DSC that the crystalline temperature and rate of iPP was increased with the adding of ABS,and the melting peak ofβ-crystal was appeared in the melting curve of ABS/iPP composites.It was observed in POM figures thatβ-crystal of iPP chain segment was crystallized be-long ABS chain segment.In addition,the mechanical properties and heat distortion temperature were increased. Based on analysing the ABS simulation technology at present stage,in this paper we build the full vehicle model with ADAMS and the ABS control strategy model and the pressure regulating control unit model with MATLAB.The full vehicle dynamic model and the control model are connected together by the ADAMS/Control module interfaces,and to form an ABS real-time closed-loop control model,fi-nally the co-simulation of them two is realised.We also study the co-simulation of automobile ABS on high-adhesion coefficient road.It is known from the simulation results that the ABS system plays a very good anti-lock braking effect in the braking process of the full vehicle,this verifies the reliability of the ABS braking and the feasibility of the co-simulation method.

High-gloss PC/ABS alloy was modified with acrylic and silicone oil scratch-resistant agent. The effects of the two agents on scratch resistant property,gloss and toughness of the high-gloss PC/ABS alloy were investigated. The results show that acrylic scratch-resistant agent can greatly improve scratch resistant of the high-gloss PC/ABS alloy,but it decreases the gloss and toughness of the high-gloss PC/ABS alloy. Considering the scratch resistant,gloss and toughness,the best mass fraction of acrylic scratch-resistant agent is 10%;silicone oil scratch-resistant agent can’t improve scratch resistant of the high-gloss PC/ABS alloy greatly,as well as it decreases the gloss and toughness,so it is not suit for the high-gloss PC/ABS alloy.
