阐述了数据包络分析(DEA)和Malmquist指数的基本原理,介绍了数据包络分析(DEA)的运算过程及CCR和BCC模型,对Malmquist指数计算方法及指数分解进行了分析,并将该方法应用于农业生产的投入产出效率测度与评价,实验结果表明基于DEA的Malmquist指数分析法在投入产出效率测度与评价中具有较强的适用性。

Indicate basic principles of DEA and Malmquist index, introduce calculation of DEA , CCR model and BCC model, analyze calculation method of Malmquist index and index decomposition, apply the method to evaluation of the input-output efficiency of agricultural product, the experimental results show that Malmquist Index based on DEA has strong applicability on the Evaluation of input-output efficiency.

采用 DEA-Malmquist 指数分析了中国29个省区2000-2009年全要素生产效率(TFP)的变化情况,研究显示此期间中国制造业的加速发展的主要动力来自于技术的进步而非技术效率的提升.在此基础上引入工业化与信息化产业融合的相关理论,重点就产业融合程度与 TFP 的变化(Malmquist 指数)之间的关系进行了实证分析,研究结果证实了两者之间存在着显著的正相关,同时市场的成熟也对 Malmquist 指数有积极的影响.

@@@@Abstract The paper used DEA - Malmquist index to analyze the total factor productivity (TFP) changes of 29 provinces and regions in China during 2000-2009. Research shows the main promoting power of China’s manufacturing industry TFP in the period is not because of the ascension of the technical efficiency, but of the technology progress. On this basis, we introduce the relevant theories of industrial convergence, focus on the relationship between change of TFP (Malmquist index) and the degree of industrial convergence, and conduct an empirical analysis. Regression results confirm the existence of the significant positive correlation between those two parts; in addition, market maturity also has a positive impact on the Malmquist index.

运用超效率DEA模型和Malmquist指数法对30家文化产业上市公司进行了绩效评价。从DEA结果来看,30家文化产业上市公司只有8家上市公司达到DEA有效,上市公司整体绩效一般;从Malmquist全要素生产率(TFP)指数看,文化产业上市公司的全要素生产率指数2011~2012年窗口期间的增长率为-4.8%,技术进步率下降是造成TFP负增长的重要原因,因此应加大技术研发投入,重视技术进步。

This paper used super -efficiency DEA model and Malmquist index to analyze performance of thirty listed companies in cultural industries.The results of DEA analysis indicated a general underperformance of these companies, among which only 8 companies were DEA efficient.The Malmquist TFP index also indicated the TFP growth rate of these listed firms during 2011~2012 was equal to -4.8%,which could be attributed mainly to fail-ing technology progress.These firms should increase R&D investment and emphasis on technological progress.

首先利用超效率DEA的CCR模型和BCC模型对福建沿海港口2006—2011年的相对效率进行了评价,接着针对2006—2011年福建沿海港口的投入产出的面板数据,运用Malmquist指数法,考查了全要素生产率的变化。研究结果表明：福建省沿海港口的总体效率在2006—2011年间整体呈上升趋势;各个港口发展并不平衡,厦门港、泉州港发展情况较好;全省港口的Malmquist生产力指数虽然受到了技术水平的制约,但仍然呈上升趋势。

This paper firstly uses the CCR model of Super-efficiency DEA and the BCC model to make evalua-tion of Fujian coastal ports’relative efficiency from 2006 to 2011,then adopting Malmquist index method to test total factor productivity in terms of both input and output panel data of Fujian coastal ports during these years. The results show that the overall efficiency of Fujian coastal ports is rising on the whole and the develop-ment of each port is unbalanced with Xiamen and Quanzhou ports in good conditions. The paper maintains that Malmquist productivity index of Fujian’ports is going up ,though restricted by the level of technology.

借助Malmquist指数模型框架，并将其分解为规模效率指数、纯技术效率指数和技术进步指数，构建物流企业发展效率的综合模型，然后以6家上市物流企业为样本进行实证分析。结果显示，同一物流企业在不同时期的发展效率存在差别，不同物流企业发展效率的程度和影响机制也存在差别。

In this paper, relying on the Malmquist index model, we built the comprehensive model of the development efficiency of logistics enterprises and then applied it to the empirical study on the data sample of six listed logistics enterprises.
