The ODF seal for LCD was prepared.The curing rate and degree of cure were analyzed by FTIR-ATR and gel fraction.The dispersion of fillers was characterized by SEM,and the adhesive properties of ODF seal were 2investigated.The results show that the seal has completely cured at 1500mJ/cm ,and the gel fraction was 99.88%.The silicone powder and silica-gel filler were well-dispersed in the seal without any agglomerated particles.The bonding strength of the ODF seal was high,which was 17.90 MPa,and after boiling water ageing the bonding strength of the ODF seal was 15.12MPa.

The annealing process at high temperature of Hi-B silicon steel using low slab reheat temperature and with AlN as the inhibitor has been studied by interrupting test,and the evolution of texture and precipitates dur-ing continuous heating-up in the annealing process at high temperature was analyzed by EBSD and TEM.The results showed that Goss texture appears in ODF at 800 ℃,but the intensity of Goss texture was very weak and the deviation angle was more than 10°.Goss grains grow abnormally during 950-1 000 ℃,and the deviation an-gles range from 3 to 6°.There were three different types of particles,the spherical,the small cubic and the pol-yhedron block.The Zener factor increased at first,then decreased due to the nitridization,and the precipitates were first coarsened in the front of Goss grain boundaries.

The Crystal Plasticity Finite Element Method(CP-FEM) is used to analyze the polycrystal pure aluminum deformation during equal channel angular pressing ( ECAP ) with an angle of Φ=90° between two channels and an outer curvature angle of Ψ=20° by the commercial software ABAQUS. The pure aluminum texture evolution data of single-pass were obtained, and the Orientation Distribution Function(ODF), Polar Figure ( PF) were created. The results show that due to the difference in stress state, the different texture types are obtained in different position of sample which has random orientation before ECAP . Shear texture evolves nearby the side of Ф, while the torsion texture evolves nearby the other side of Ψ in general. Ideal shear deformation doesn′t exist by ECAP with a die of Ψ=20°.

The effects of cold rolling and annealing on textures of 2E12 aluminum alloy were investigated by means of orientation distribution function (ODF) and electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD). In addition, the evolution of substructure during cold rolling and annealing was analyzed by TEM. The results show that, with the increase of the deformation from 40% to 80%, main conclusions are presented as follow: Brass texture{011}?112? and S texture{123}?634?increase during the cold rolling, while cube texture{001}?100?significantly reduces. In the annealing process, the residual cube sub-grains devour surrounding sub-grains of S orientation through the grain boundary migration and preferentially grow up. The cubic texture becomes major orientation and its volume fraction is 36%at 470℃for 0.5 h. Under the same annealing process conditions, the volume fraction of recrystallization texture in the annealing alloy increases with the increase of the deformation.

In order to solve the problem that the result of kinematics analysis is difficult to verify and the cost of the demonstra-tion is high on the machine entity, a 3D simulation software for a 6-ODF manipulator is developed based on OpenGL and Qt on VS2008 IDE. The result shows that this software is easy to operate and can simulate well the movement of manipulator.
