A two-dimensional flow numerical model of the tidal reaches,which total length is more than 700 km,is established from Datong to the Yangtze River estuary.The tidal levels,velocities,diversion ratios and dynamic axes before and after the separate regulation of each reach and combined regulation of all reaches are obtained.The comparative analysis shows that the regulation project of a separate reach basically has no impact on velocity distributions and variations of diversion ratios of upper and lower reaches,the variations of dynamic axes are only within the local scope of the project.The regulation project of a separate reach also has less impact on the water level in the lower adjacent reaches,but will make the water levels in the upper reaches rise.After the implementation of the regulation projects for all reaches,the rise of water level in the upstream reaches will have a cumulative impact.

目的探索REACH干预模式对老年失能患者生活质量和家庭照顾者负担的影响。方法用自制量表及照顾者负担问卷(CBI)对52例老年失能患者及其63位照顾者进行调查比较,研究对象随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组接受常规治疗护理和随访,干预组在接受常规治疗和护理及随访的同时,由接受过培训的护士对患者及照顾者进行连续1年的REACH模式干预,包括个体化信息提供、以家庭为基础的多系统干预、心理教育和技能培训,群体支持,环境干预,增强技术体系支持等。结果经过REACH模式干预,干预组生活质量及家庭负担指数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 REACH干预模式可提高患者生活质量,同时对降低照顾者时间依赖性负担、身体性负担、社交性负担、情感性负担也有较好的帮助。

Objeceive To search effectiveness of REACH intervention mode on disability elder and the caregiver burden. Methods 52 patients with geriatric disability and its 63 caregivers were done survey with self-made scale and caregiver burden Inventory(CBI), and survey research subjects were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, control group treated with conventional nurs-ing care and follow-up, intervention group in conventional treatment and care and follow-up at the same time, by a trained nurse to the patient and caregiver intervention for 1 year in a row REACH pattern, including the individual information providing, home-based system more intervention, psychological education and skill training, group support, environmental intervention, strengthen technical system. Results After REACH mode intervention, quality of life and family burden index of intervention group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The present work considers a scenario that a multiactuator-sensor network neutralizes poisonous gas and tracks the pollution sources in a bounded area.A novel algorithm is proposed to minimize the system information uncertainty while reaching balance on the workload of actuators.The method combines the centroidal Voronoi tessellations(CVT) with a consensus strategy.The CVT of the region insures a local optimal position configuration of the actuators,thus the sensing uncertainty can be minimized.The consensus algorithm utilizes the connection information among actuators,and helps them to reach a common workload.The consensus component will be terminated or suppressed when the workload is averaged.The consensus component may postpone the realization of CVT configuration.But it could be viewed as a perturbation that helps the actuators jump out of the local optimal CVT configuration.As a result,the information uncertainty may be further reduced.Comparison is drawn between the pure CVT alg

The effects of precipitates on grain size and mechanical properties of as-cast AZ31-x%Nd magnesium alloy were investigated, and the affecting mechanism was also discussed. The results indicated that Al2Nd phase, Al11Nd3 phase and a few Al-Mn-Nd-Fe phase were formed when adding 0.38 wt.%–1.46 wt.% Nd into AZ31 melt, coarse Al2Nd transformed into Al11Nd3 gradually with the increasing of Nd content. Due to structure and size transformation and content increasing of Al-Nd phase, the grain size of AZ31-x%Nd alloy increased firstly, and then decreased with the increment of Nd content. After reaching a minimum value, once again it rose up, provided that Nd content was further increased. The tensile property reached its optimal value when the adding amount of Nd content was 1.05 wt.%, however, adding excessive amount of Nd deteriorated both ultimate strength and elongation of AZ31 alloy.

2014年欧盟REACH法规又新增了4种高关注物质（SVHC），总数达到155种。新增加的氯化镉、邻苯二甲酸二己酯、过硼酸钠和过硼酸钠水合物分别具有致癌、生殖毒性等危害，均可能涉及实际印染加工，通过具体工艺分析，明确其在产品中存在的可能，探索替代途径，提高印染产品的安全质量。不断更新、增加的SVHC，对印染新工艺、新技术开发的导向性影响较大。

The total amount of substance of very high concern (SVHC) has reached 155 in 2014 after 4 SVHC were added into EU REACH regulation. The newly added chromic chloride, dihexylphthalate, sodium perborate and sodium perborate hydrate were toxic in carcinogenic and reproduction, and all of them can exist in dyeing and printing processes. By analyzing specific processes, the possibility of theirs existence in product was determined, and alternative processes to improve safe quality of dyed and printed product were investigated. The updating and increasing SVHC has big influence on the guidance of new process and technology developing of dyeing and printing.
