Objeceive To search effectiveness of REACH intervention mode on disability elder and the caregiver burden. Methods 52 patients with geriatric disability and its 63 caregivers were done survey with self-made scale and caregiver burden Inventory(CBI), and survey research subjects were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, control group treated with conventional nurs-ing care and follow-up, intervention group in conventional treatment and care and follow-up at the same time, by a trained nurse to the patient and caregiver intervention for 1 year in a row REACH pattern, including the individual information providing, home-based system more intervention, psychological education and skill training, group support, environmental intervention, strengthen technical system. Results After REACH mode intervention, quality of life and family burden index of intervention group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The effects of precipitates on grain size and mechanical properties of as-cast AZ31-x%Nd magnesium alloy were investigated, and the affecting mechanism was also discussed. The results indicated that Al2Nd phase, Al11Nd3 phase and a few Al-Mn-Nd-Fe phase were formed when adding 0.38 wt.%–1.46 wt.% Nd into AZ31 melt, coarse Al2Nd transformed into Al11Nd3 gradually with the increasing of Nd content. The European Union Directive 2005/69/EC [polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) Directive] and the EU regulation on the chemical registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction (REACH regulation) for PAHs in tires were presented. The application of gas chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, HPLC, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance in the detection of PAHs was introduced. The characteristics of the NMR test of PAHs were described, and the difference between ISO 21464:2012 and ISO 21464:2009 was analyzed. It was recommended that China tire companies should adopt the updated NMR test method according to the REACH regulation.

The total amount of substance of very high concern (SVHC) has reached 155 in 2014 after 4 SVHC were added into EU REACH regulation. The newly added chromic chloride, dihexylphthalate, sodium perborate and sodium perborate hydrate were toxic in carcinogenic and reproduction, and all of them can exist in dyeing and printing processes. By analyzing specific processes, the possibility of theirs existence in product was determined, and alternative processes to improve safe quality of dyed and printed product were investigated. The updating and increasing SVHC has big influence on the guidance of new process and technology developing of dyeing and printing.

A screening method for the determination of phthalates plasticizers in leather using ion mobility spectroscopy is presented in this paper. The samples were extracted at 40℃ for 30 min by ultrasonic using acetone as the extracting solvent. The extract was analyzed by ion mobility spectroscopy, which enables the fast screening of 6 phthalates. The detection limit of each phthalate is between 7-180 mg/kg, which meets the determination requirement of REACH regulation.
