为满足某型潜射导弹的发射要求,基于传统的Y形橡胶密封圈的结构,提出一种新型h形橡胶密封圈。采用有限元分析软件Abaqus对h形橡胶密封圈的性能进行模拟。结果表明,该h形橡胶密封圈既能有效密封弹筒内的高温高压混合气体,又能保证充气过程的顺利进行。同时针对该密封圈的结构特点,改变h形密封圈的一些关键参数,找出h形密封圈的工作性能与相关参数之间的变化规律,通过相关参数的优化设计可提高密封圈的工作性能,延长其使用寿命。
In order to meet the requirement of some submarine-launched missile,a new h-ring rubber seal was proposed based on the traditional Y-ring seal. The performance of h-ring seal was simulated by finite element software Abaqus. The results show that the h-ring seal can not only effectively seal the mixed gas with high temperature and high pressure in cylinder but also ensure charging smoothly. Focusing on the structure characteristics of this h-ring seal,the change rule of the performance with relevant parameters was found by changing the key parameters of the h-ring seal. The optimization design for some relevant parameters can improve the sealing performance of the ring and extend its service life.
针对Y形橡胶密封圈在海洋柔性管道接头中服役时的变温变压工况,基于热弹性力学以及热应力分析理论,利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS分析压力和温度同时变化时Y形密封圈与应力分布。结果表明:Y形橡胶密封圈截面最大Von Mises应力和接触压力均随着工作压力和温度的增大而增大,但工作压力的影响要大于工作温度。
Aimed at the rubber sealing Y-ring serving in the end fitting of flexible pipe in Marine at variable tempera-ture and pressure condition,the deformation and stress distribution of the rubber sealing Y-ring were analyzed in serving conditions of temperature and pressure changed synchronously,based on the thermoelasticity and theoretical analysis of thermal stress,by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The results show that the maximum Von Mises stress of the cross section of rubber sealing Y-ring and the contact pressure are increased along with increasing of the working pres-sure and temperature,but the effect of working pressure is greater than that of temperature.

The dynamic seal performance of lip seal of artillery recoil brake when artillery firing at high speed was studied. The work-ing principle of lip seal was analyzed,and the seal failure mechanism was studied by using the microstructure analysis method. Through the rubber mechanical properties testing and fitting optimization,the hyperelastic constitutive model of rubber was identified,and the sealing ring axisymmetric finite element model was established based on ABAQUS. The recoil brake parameters such as recoil displacement,recoil velocity and hydraulic pressure under the condition of different charge were solved by using the simulation software of ADAMS. The seal ring installation,static seal and dynamic seal condition were simulated by considering the effect of the initial amount of interference,the friction coefficient,the changing oil pressure and the relative velocity of dynamic seal. In general, self-sealing packer using rubber as sealing material cannot work in high tem- perature, and its service life-span is short. To take advantage of the properties of shape memory alloy, it is possible to use shape memory alloy as sealing part( sealing ring) of packer, and put packer into the predetermined site when the temperature is low. The sealing ring resumes automatically when the temperature rises to the point of Af, and the stress produced in expansion causes the sealing ring reach the wall of oil well, so that it can seal the oil well. Making use of the response of shape memory alloy when temperature changes, we can simplify the structure of products, reduce the difficulty of sealing or releasing, meet the need of high temperature, and raise the service life-span of products.

Using ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer ( EVA ) , ethylene propylene diene monomer ( EPDM ) as the main raw materials, a blend of modified high temperature EVA composites were prepared. By infrared spectrosco-py, mechanical properties, thermal gravimetric analysis , aging experiments, scanning electron microscopy study of the performance. The results showed that:EVA / EPDM as the composite matrix , when m( EVA)∶m( EPDM) =9∶1 and in the range of 90℃, the composites have good heat resistance, which effectively improve the production of tra-ditional optical ring.
