The RBF(radial basis function) HDMR metomodel technique was applied to the John-son-Cook(JC) parameter inverse determination of a high-strength steel DP600 .On the basis of the dis-placement-time curve measured during the experiments ,the metamodel was established ,which took the errors between simulation results and test data as the target outputs while took the parameters as the design variables .Combined with genetic algorithm (GA ) ,JC model parameters of DP600 was in-versely determined by using the metamodel ,and the prediction based on the parameters show s high degree of consensus with the test results .

In order to inverse evaluate the cam mechanism in tobacco packaging machine ,a method of inverse evaluation w as built .T he method used modern measuring technique and computerized simulation technology to create the simulation model of cam mechanism ,and gained its displacement diagram ,velocity diagram and acceleration diagram and calculated its several design parameters ,for calculating the follower′s movement function with least square method .The indexing cam was taken for an example to prove the reliability of the method . The results showed that the follower′s movement diagrams were in accordance with the ones from simulation .The cam′s figure calculated with inverse evaluation method matched the one from measuring .So the method of inverse evaluation for cam mechanism is reliable and can approximately confirm the cam′s motion in design .

In order to solve the quality problem of stamping parts caused by the fluctuations of the material properties ,it is impor-tant to directly identify the material parameters during the forming process . In this paper ,an identification approach of the mate-rial parameters based on blanking process is presented . This method is to reverse material parameters by making the least differ-ence of the force-stroke curves between the actual measurement and the simulation results for the blanking process . The material parameters of three similar materials obtained by this method are compared with the results from the tensile tests . The results in-dicate that the method possesses pretty good accuracy .

Whether the matrix equations AXB+CX T D=E are consis-tent or not,for arbitrary initial reflexive(anti-reflexive)matrix X0 ,the given algorithm can be used to compute the reflexive(anti-reflexive)optimal approximation solutions X . The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by two numerical examples.
