国内层状岩具有夹层多、不溶物含量高等特点,现有造腔软件不能很好地模拟国内层状岩水溶造腔过程。基于流体力学和化学动力学等理论,建立能够描述岩造腔过程的数学模,并提出了夹层垮塌判据。结合国内层状岩水溶造腔工艺特征,开发出能模拟含夹层岩水溶造腔的软件SaltCavern Builder V1.0。该软件可模拟纯岩、多夹层岩的水溶造腔过程,能较好地反映出造腔方案在现场造腔过程中每个阶段的实施效果。通过大尺寸型盐造腔相似试验,模拟无夹层和含单一夹层的腔体形状扩展过程。基于相似理论基础,在现场造腔工艺条件下,造腔软件模拟出的结果与试验得到的结果接近,验证了该软件的实用性。
Multi-interlayer and large amount of unsolvable materials are the China’s salt rock’s specialties, so that the current software is not able to simulate the process that how domestic layered salt rock cavity built clearly .By using the theory of hydrodynamics and chemical kinetics, a mathematical model which has excellent ability to describe the cavity building process of salt rock, and a criterion of interlayer collapse are proposed. Then by combining the specificity of the domestic washing techniques , an improved simulation software:Salt Cavern Builder V1.0 is developed. This software has the ability to simulate the cavity building process of pure salt rock and multi-layered salt rock. This software has outstanding capability to present the result in every step for designing cavity-building scheme. By testing the process of similar cavity-building experiments for large-size molded salt rock, the cavity-expansion processes for both none-layered and simple-layered salt rock

Because the displacement of the well doesn''t meet the drilling speed, which results in cuttings cannot be carried out in time, crooked section has been formed cutting bed. Bore well was soaked for a long time, which increased the wall instability and viscosity and finally lead to the stuck of the drilling pipe when MD reached 6237ft. The characteristics of stuck and its solutions are analyzed and summarized in this paper to make reference for the other operation of oversized wells.

α-alumina platelets were prepared by a molten salt synthesis method when Al2(SO4)3?18H2O was used as raw material. The effects of sulfates, heating temperature, additives such as Na3PO4?12H2O and TiO2 on the morphology ofα-Al2O3 were studied. When the heating temperature of aluminum hydroxide gel is 900℃, the synthesized Al2O3 without adding sulfates is mainlyκ-Al2O3;nevertheless, the synthesized Al2O3 with sulfates is mainlyα-Al2O3. So, sulfates reduce the synthesizing temperature of lfakyα-Al2O3 and promoteκ-Al2O3 toα-Al2O3 crystalline phase. When the heating temperature increases to 1200℃, most ofα-Al2O3 platelets are hexagonal in its morphology, the increase of heating temperature is beneifcial to improve the size distribution and overlapping. When the heating temperature is 1200℃, the addition of Na3PO4?12H2O reaches 4%and TiO2 reaches 2%, the lfakyα-Al2O3 is dispersed uniformly, the average particle size is 5.225μm, and the thickness of them is about 400-50

By going into the affine transformation matrix,a method of calculating the matching coefficient between the downsam?ple images of oversized images to indirectly get the matching coefficient of the oversized images is proposed. The experimental re?sult indicates that this method is feasible. As for the image registration,it has a certain guiding significance for saving the com?putation time by reducing space occupation.

This paper uses a large size LED color screen with 1.67mm-pixel pitch, 1600mm*1200mm-size to do the subjective assessment, gets serials subjective experiment data of LED best luminance for human visual comfort at different ambient illuminance, and builds an objective model by fitting calculation with these subjective experiment data.The results show, the fitting objective model matches the subjective experiment data well, and can show the relationship of LED best luminance of human visual comfort at various ambient illuminance;by using this model for LED color screen, there is no obvious visual comfort difference between LED color screen and LCD screen at the same viewing condition.

In this paper,the impact toughness of X100 SAWH pipe welded joint was tested by using drop weight tear test(DWTT) method at low temperature,and the fracture feature and microstructure were analyzed. The results showed that the impact toughness along wall thickness does not change obviously. The impact toughness changes greatly from weld,heat affected zone to base metal,and the impact toughness of base metal is the highest about one time compared to those of the weld and heat affected zone,and the impact toughness of weld is slightly higher than that of heat affected zone. The fracture feature displays large and deep size dimple in base metal,uniform and shallow size dimples in weld,and mainly to the small size dimple with a small amount of the large size dimple in heat affected zone. The large size bar or round M-A island make impact toughness decrease.

Graphene, as a two-dimensional sp2 hybridization allotropicity of carbon element, possesses unique properties of electricity, photology, thermology and mechanics. For industrialization, graphene possessing large dimension and homogeneous property is required. It can be prepared by chemical vapor deposition technology. In this paper, based on the progress of graphene research this year, we summarize the influence factors of graphene preparation, including substrate selection and preprocessing, carbon source and assist gas flow control, chamber temperature, pressure control, cooling rate, and deposition time setting, etc. Finally, we outlook the research direction of preparing the large-dimensional and single crystal graphenes.
