随着休闲时代的来临,情感功能在家庭功能中地位的逐步提高,家庭体育集教育性、休闲性和交际性于一体的家庭活动形式,其重要性得到大众的认可。本文借鉴其它学科的成果,对家庭体育的功能进行深入思考,为进一步丰富家庭体育功能的认识提供帮助。

With the coming of leisure time and the gradual improvement of emotional function in the family, The importance of the family sports which sets education, leisure and communicative in one form is accepted by the public. By referring to the results of other subjects and studying the function of the family sports, The paper aims to offer help for enriching the knowing of the function of the family sports.

目的探讨临床医学专业学生家庭功能与考试焦虑的关系。方法采用整群取样,从山东省某医学院校选取645名大学生为被试,应用家庭功能评定量表、考试焦虑量表进行调查。结果存在考试焦虑不适感的学生占61.2%;高家庭功能组和低家庭功能组在考试焦虑水平上存在显著性差异(t=-5.15,P0.01);临床医学专业学生家庭功能与考试焦虑存在显著正相关(t=0.238,P0.01);多元回归显示,总的功能和角色两个因子对考试焦虑有显著的预测作用(β=0.145,β=0.131;P均0.01)。结论家庭功能是影响临床医学专业学生考试焦虑的一个重要因素。

Objective To explore the relationship between family function and test anxiety among clinical medical students .Meth-ods Totally 645 clinical graduates in some medical university of Shandong were selected with cluster sampling and investingated with Family Assessment Device and Test Anxiety .Results 38.8%of participants had test anxiety discomforts .There were significant differ-ence on test anxiety between high family function group and low family function group (t=-5.15,P<0.01).There was positive corre-lation between family function and test anxiety (t=0.238,P<0.01).Multi-regression analysis showed that:general function and explic-it character could predict test anxiety (β=0.145,β=0.131;respective,P﹤0.01).Conclusion There is close correlation between family function and test anxiety and family function has a great influence on test anxiety of the students .

家庭是一个不断变化的单位组织,它随着社会的发展而呈现出不同的形式,其功能也出现了分化的现象。关于家庭变迁的研究,学界也提出了家庭消亡或家庭淡化等一些悲观的观点,而中国农村家庭的状况也似乎支持这些观点。然而,家庭作为社会最基本的单位,我们有必要对家庭的功能及其与社会的关系重新做出理论上的反思,从而回应家庭消亡论和家庭淡化论。

Family is an ever-changing organizational unit .Along with the rapid development of society , it shows not only dif-ferent constructions , but different functions .Among the researches on family changes , some scholars have proposed some pessimis-tic views, such as the demise of the family and the dilution of the concept of home .,which popularizes in China’s rural families.. We need to rethink functiosns of family and its relationship with society .It is also necessary for us to do further study on these pessi-mistic views.

目的：研究成立家庭支持小组对改善宫颈癌住院患者焦虑的作用。方法：2013年在我院妇科住院的宫颈癌患者43名作为观察组，入院时纳入家庭支持小组护理计划，采用家庭功能评分量表（FAD）进行一般状况及家庭功能调查，分析家庭功能中存在的问题，制定护理计划并实施，术后3 d采用Zung WK焦虑自评量表（SAS）对患者焦虑状态进行评分。2012年全年35名宫颈癌住院患者作为对照组，未采用家庭支持小组护理计划，回顾性分析一般状况、家庭功能、焦虑状态评分。对两组数据进行对比分析。结果：观察组病人焦虑评分低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义。结论：家庭支持小组参与病人护理可改善宫颈癌住院患者焦虑状态。

Objective To study the improvement of family support team on the anxiety state of inpatients with cervical cancer. MethodsThe family support team care was applied for 43 inpatients with cervical cancer of the observation group in gynecological department in 2013 in our hospital. On admission, family function assessment scale (FAD) was iflled to learn the general condition and family function; problems of family function were analyzed; then care plans were made and implied. 家庭随着社会的发展而不断的变迁着,同时,家庭的形式和功能也在不断的改变和扩张,但家庭的文化传承功能一直没有改变。不断的变革中,家庭的文化传承在领域和内容上大大减少了,但在传承民族文化的深度和厚度上不断提升。家庭文化建设需要个人和社会共同承担这一历史使命。
