 Objective To explore the feasibility, adaptive candidates and training effect of military mental education and training. Methods 23 military men were enrolled and questionnaire was performed. Objective To investigate the incidence rate of depression of driving trainees and to discuss the effect of psychological training on their mental health. Methods A total of 384 soldiers were divided into driving training group (group A,n=176),driving training and psychological training group(group B,n =164)and non-driving training group(group C,n=44). The three groups were detected with Zung self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the beginning, in the middle and at the end of the training periods respectively,and the changes of SDS scores and incidence rate of de-pression were also observed. Objective:To study effects of psychological intervention on military training related injury of recruits. Methods:747 recruits were randomly divided into comprehensive psychological intervention group (382 cases) and control group (365 cases). During the training period, the psychological intervention group accepted the comprehensive psychological intervention include mental health education, relaxation training and psychological counseling.
