TD—SCDMA移动通信系统在上行同步、智能天线和联合检测等一系列最新技术的基础上,采用了接力切换技术,它是TD—SCDMA移动通信系统关键技术之一。但现有的接力切换算法均依据信号差的绝对值设置判决门限。为了应对移动用户移动速度的不同和无线环境的差异情况下对切换决策的不同要求,提出了一种基于信号差值门限斜率的TD—SCDMA系统内切换判决时延算法。通过系统动态仿真,得出在选择合适的门限斜率值时,该切换算法与现有的算法相比更具有较好的切换率和掉线率性能。
Based on up-synchronization, smart antennas and joint detectionand other new technologies, ba-ton handover is adapted, as one of the key techniques in TD-SCDMA mobile communication system. How-ever the existing baton handover algorithms usually set the handover decision threshold in accordance with the absolute value of signals deviation. To cope with variousUE mobile speeds and radio environments, a delay-time algorithmbased on slope of signals deviation for handover decision is proposed. Computer simu-lation indicates the good performance of handover ratio and call-drop ratio is proved.

User equipment can perform a continuous communication maintained by handover technology in cellular mobile commu -nication system.During the process, the strategies adopted will directly affect the effect of handover .A strategy targeted at TD-SCDMA is developed ,which is based on the signal quality of the traffic channel and is called channel reservation with priority queuing .In the strategy, user equipment is divided into two types:one with bad traffic quality and the other with good signal quality , the former wait in front of the queue enjoys priority to handover .Simulation results show that the strategy increases the success rate of handover ,therefore, improves the system performance.
