目的探讨MRI对膝关节盘状半月板撕裂的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经关节镜证实的74例膝关节盘状半月板损伤的MRI影像学资料和临床资料,分析其MRI征象,将74例膝关节盘状半月板损伤分为无撕裂、单纯水平撕裂、放射状撕裂、联合水平撕裂、复杂撕裂及纵向撕裂六组,与关节镜检查结果相对照,计算MRI诊断盘状半月板各型撕裂的敏感性、特异性及阳性和阴性预测值。结果 MRI检查诊断盘状半月板撕裂的敏感性为98.55%,特异性为100%,阳性预测值为98.55%,阴性预测值为83.33%。其中诊断单纯水平撕裂、放射状撕裂、联合水平撕裂、复杂撕裂及纵向撕裂的敏感性分别为95.00%、83.34%、90.94%、84.61%、87.5%,特异性分别为81.48%、95.23%、95.23%、98.36%、100%。结论 MRI可较好的对膝关节盘状半月板撕裂进行诊断,为临床制定合理的治疗方案提供依据。
Objective To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of tear of discoid meniscus. Methods MRI images and the clinical data of 74 patients were analyzed retrospectively, MRI signs of discoid meniscus were analyzed. Tears were classified into six groups:no tear, simple horizontal tear, radial tear, combined horizontal tear, complex tear and longitudinal tear. Sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values of MRI were calculated for each group separately. Results MRI was found to be 98.55% sensitive and 100% specific for determining the presence or absence of a tear with a positive predictive value of 98.55%and a negative predictive value of 83.33%. The effect of varieties of curing agent and reinforcing agent,amount of Bisphenol AF, accelerator BPP and carbon black N990 on the tear strength of fluororubber were investigated.The crosslink density of fluororubber was determinated using nuclear magnetic resonance method in order to investigate the relationship between the crosslink density and the tear strength of fluororubber. The results showed that the tear strength of fluororubber significantly reduced with the test tempera-ture increasing from 25℃ to 200℃.The tear strength of fluororubber cured by Bisphenol AF/BPP was higher than that cured by peroxide or amine with the test temperature from 100℃ to 200℃.With the increasing of the amount of Bisphenol AF,high-temperature tear strength of fluororubber de-creased,but the normal-temperature and high-temperature tear strength changed little with the in-creasing of accelerator BPP content.The tear strength of fluororubber reinforced by precipitated silica at 200℃ was o

Objective To evaluate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of Achilles tendon rupture, including partial and complete tear. Methods Retrospectively reviewed MRI appearance of 25 cases with acute achilles tendon trauma, of which 14 cases proved achilles tendon rupture by operation. The findings on MRI were analyzed and compared with the surgical results, and the MRI findings were consistent with surgical findings. Results Complete tear of Achilles tendon was demonstrated on MRI in 18 cases, and partial tear of achilles tendon was revealed on MRI in 7cases, manifesting diffuse thickening of the tendon, hyperintensity in tendon, partially or totally discontinuous fibrous bundles. Conclusion MRI can accurately demonstrated the location and degree of achilles tendon rupture, which is very helpful for treatment.

Objective To study the application value of low field MRI of knee anterior cruciate ligament tear. Methods The clini-cal and MRI imaging data of 56 cases of patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament tear admitted in our hospital from January, 2013 to February, 2014 were analyzed retrospectively, the accuracy of low field MRI in the diagnosis of knee anterior cruciate liga-ment tear with arthroscopy for diagnostic criteria, and the possible influencing factors were analyzed. Objective To summarize the imaging features of meniscus tear during the scanning process of low-ifeld MRI and explore the diagnosis value and application value of low-ifeld MRI in meniscal tear in primary hospitals. Methods The low-ifeld MRI images of 44 patients treated from August 2011 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. All the patients were diagnosed as knee meniscus tear with arthroscopy or surgery. Results The MRI images of all the patients clearly showed the high signals of various sequences including linear shapes, strips and star-like cracks in meniscus as well as the signs including meniscus truncation, meniscus loose bodies and meniscus rupture. Conclusion Low-field MRI could accurately display the features and degrees of knee meniscus tear and explicitly exclude false positive cases of meniscus tear, which indicates that low-ifeld MRI can play an important role in diagnosing knee meniscus tear in primary hospitals.

Objective To assess the effect of rotator cuff repair with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treated by the arthroscopic. Methods Patients with rheumatoid arthritis who had undergone repair of a rotator cuff tear at our hospital from the Jan 2007 to Dec 2010 were retrospectively reviewed. 25 shoulders in 23 patients were identified. 10 shoulders had a partial-thickness tear, and 15 had a full-thickness tear. The shoulders were assessed with the system described by Neer, UCLA score, ASES score and HAQ score. Results The 23 patients were followed up for 12 months. Patients with both partial and full-thickness rotator cuff tears had significant improvements in terms of pain (P<0.05) and satisfaction (P<0.05). Patients who had undergone repair of a partial-thickness tear had improved active elevation. While patients who had undergone repair of a full-thickness tear did not have improved active elevation. Objective We study M RI imaging features of closed injury of Achilles tendon ,compare its manifestation on different M RI sequences ,and discuss the diagnostic value of new sequence in Achilles tendon tear .Methods We analysed the MRI performance of 41 cases of Achilles tendon tear who saw a doctor in our hospital between June 2011 and June 2013 .41 cases were devieded into two groups:A and B .Group A included 25 cases ,which were scaned with general se-quences (T1WI+ T2WI+STIR) .Group B included 16 cases ,which were scaned with general sequences (T1WI+ T2WI+STIR) and new sequences (3D-FIESTA+3D-FSE) .After the examination of MRI ,11 cases from growp A and 8 cases from growp B accepted operation .We made a comparison between their imaging data and operation results ,and compared the diagnostic efficiency of group A and group B .Results In partial tear of achilles tendon ,enlargement of the Achilles tendon with continuity was the the main MRI manifestation ,and there was strip
