党的十七届六中全会上审议通过了《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》（以下简称《决定》）,确立了建设社会主义文化强国的战略目标,提出了新形势下推进文化改革发展的指导思想。文章以＂文化强国＂战略为背景,以竞技武术为研究对象,在查阅大量的文献资料后,首先对竞技武术发展的历史成就和当前发展的问题进行总结;进而对文化强国与竞技武术的关系进行分析;最后研究认为,弘扬中华文化,传承民族精神,传统与竞技协调发展,产业化与艺术化多元发展,本土化与国际化并驾齐驱将作为竞技武术未来的发展趋势,从而担当起文化强国的重任。

At the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC), Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Major Issues Pertaining to Deepening Reform of the Cultural System and Promoting the Great Development and Flourishing of Socialist Culture (Decision) was passed, one highlight of which is the strategic objective of striving to build a country with a strong socialist culture, and in which the guideline of promoting cultural reform of development has been proposed under the new situation. The thesis studies the competitive Wushu in the background of cultural power. Based on lots of materials, the historical achievements and current problems of its development are studied; then the relations between cultural power and competitive Wushu are analyzed; finally, the thesis makes a conclusion that it will be the inevitable trend of competitive Wushu to promote the Chinese culture, pass down the national spirit, have traditional and competitive ones develop

This paper analyzes the service status and faced situation of the public libraries in remote mountainous areas, and from the strategic height of construction of cultural power, probes into the significance of developing the public library cause, and puts forward some strategies for developing the public library in mountainous areas.
