针对农用地评价因素的复杂性和模糊性,而传统的多因素综合评价在农用地分等时易对评价因素以及等别进行“硬性划分”的不足。该文以湖北省安陆市为例,首次提出将模糊综合评判模糊聚类分析结合(简称模糊综合分析法),以模糊综合评判的矩阵成果作为模糊C-均值聚类分析的数据源来对划分农用地等别方进行探讨,并将模糊综合评判的分等结果与传统方分等结果进行比较,得出2种方分等结果中约有80%相同。采用安陆市各村的粮食平均播面单产对2种方分等结果存在差异的地区进行独立检验,得到模糊综合评判和传统方的分等成果同播面单产的线性相关系数分别为0.87和0.82。研究结果表明:运用模糊综合分析法进行农用地分等具有可行性;将模糊综合分析法运用到农用地分等中比传统方更能客观准确地说明土地质量的优劣程度。
Rational use of agricultural land is of significant importance to the food safety of our country and the development of social economy. A blasting safety evaluation method is proposed based on gray correlative analysis and comprehensive evaluation model for the security problems of blasting technology. The index system of security of blasting is established based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the analysis of security factors of blasting. The sorting model is established based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gray evaluation method. The fuzziness of scheme evaluating and sorting process and gray comprehensive judgment of comprehensive analysis of brain is evaluated. And the example of this method has been put out. The experimental results show that: gray fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method integrated the advantages of gray correlation analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation evaluates the blasting safety problem objectively and effectively.

Results showed that most of these forests in Manhan mountain are in sub - healthy condition. Intermediate thinning measures must be taken to adjust the stand to the healthy development, and to produce a better comprehensive benefit of Pinus tabulaeformis plantation.

The core value of business model requires more study presently. In order to form a normative analysis of the business model of pharmaceutical enterprises, the value chain of pharmaceutical enterprises was deconstructed and the business models of the sampled pharmaceutical enterprises were studied from three aspects including positioning, competitive advantage and potential proift. The ifnancial index of sampled pharmaceutical enterprises was analyzed and evaluated by factor analysis technique. The characteristics of different business models were discussed via some typical cases. The ifnal conclusion showed that more improvement was needed for the overall performance of pharmaceutical enterprises and the best performance could be seen in the enterprises with coordinating network structure. Finally, some suggestions were proposed based on the sight of both enterprises and government.

In order to study the application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in industrial building damage detection, the fuzzy AHP evaluation model of industrial building was developed by incorporating the AHP approach with fuzzy mathematics.Taking the bearing capacity of members,inclination of members,fracture width,corrosion of steels as the factors of evaluation elements,considering crane beams,columns and foundation etc, the industrial building was evaluated by the fuzzy AHP.Finally,an engineering example was used to verify the proposed fuzzy AHP model.

To improve the insulation diagnosis accuracy of XLPE cable, an insulation diagnosis method based on fuzzy theory was proposed in combination with on-line monitoring technology research status, in which fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) was applied to the fuzzy comprehensive assessing, and the corresponding insulation comprehensive assessing model was established. The model used FAHP to re-place analytic hierarchy process(AHP), improving the judgment consistent problem in AHP. Meanwhile the concept of relative deterioration degree was introduced in the fuzzy comprehensive assessing process, and a membership function of relative deterioration degree of insulation parameter was built using fuzzy distribution, making the fuzzy assessing matrix be closer to the actual aging condition of cable insulation. The example analysis shows that the insulation comprehensive assessing model can effectively and reason-ably assess the insulation condition of XLPE cable.
