目的:在传统结缔组织铺片基础上开展脂肪组织油红染色方法在医学本科生组织学实验教学中的应用。方法学生先进行疏松结缔组织铺片,并施行脂肪组织油红 o-甲苯胺兰-伊三重染色,然后镜下观察。结果油红 o 染色把结缔组织中的脂肪细胞内脂滴保存下来并染上色。脂肪组织中央的细胞脂滴均匀染,充满胞浆,周边的脂肪细胞胞浆中油红染色很少,细胞呈空泡状,显示出脂肪细胞亚群存在。甲苯胺兰染色使得疏松结缔组织中肥大细胞染成紫色,胞核染色浅,细胞数量多、成群分布。伊可使得结缔组织内除脂肪细胞、肥大细胞意外的其他细胞的胞浆和胶原纤维染成淡色。结论传统的组织学平铺片技术基础上引入脂肪油红 o-甲苯胺兰-伊三重染色,可增强学生动手能力,并能很好地了解输送结缔组织中细胞的不同表型和分布,丰富组织学内容,把教学、科研连接一起,达到提高实验教学质量的目的。
Objective To establish a method to detect adipose tissue in the connective tissue for ex-perimental teaching of histology and embryology of medical undergraduates based on the traditional con-nective tissue spread .Methods After loose connective tissue spread adipose tissue was stained with oil red-toluidine blue-eosin triple staining ,and observed by the optic microscopy .Results The fat droplets in the adipose cells of the connective tissue with oil red staining represented red color .The adipose cells located in the center of adipose tissue evenly filled with red lipid droplets ,while the adipose cells located in the pe-riphery of adipose tissue demonstrated no fat droplets ,indicating different phenotypes of fat cells existed in adipose tissue .Toluidine blue staining demonstrated the clustered mast cells in the loose connective tis-sue in blue-colored cytoplasma ,and light nuclei .The other cells and collagen fibers in the connective tis-sue stained by eosin represented pink .Conc
目的:观察花籽治疗深Ⅱ度烫伤兔的疗效。方法:24只新西兰兔随机分为花籽治疗组、磺胺嘧啶银乳膏(SD-Ag)治疗组、紫花烧伤膏治疗组、空白对照组,各6只,在兔背部烫伤10%深Ⅱ度创面,分别给予相应的治疗,观察创面愈合率,检测血液中表皮生长因子(EGF)等。结果:第12~24d,SD-Ag乳膏组愈合最快,第14、21d,花籽组EGF增加最多,SD-Ag组增加最少(P〈0.05)。结论:花籽对深二度烫伤兔创面具有保护和营养作用,还能促进实验兔血液中EGF因子分泌。
Objective To observe the effect of safflower oil on rabbit burn wound treatment. Methods Twenty four New Zealand laboratorial rabbits with deep partial burn wound on back were randomly divided into safflower oil treated group, sulfadiazine silver cream treated group, alfalfa burn cream treated group, and control group. The wound healing rate, epidermal growth factor in blood were observed. Results Post burn 12 to 24 days, the wounds in the SD-Ag group healed most quickly. The EGF value in blood post burn 14 and 21 days of safflower oil group was significantly higher than that of SD-Ag group(P<0.05). Conclusion Safflower oil can promote wound healing , and increase EGF secretion in rabbit blood.

Ultrasonic was used in the test and the ultrasonic power,ultrasonic time,reaction temperature and dosage of KOH-methanol were optimized by experiments.The results showed that ultrasonic power 240 W,time 20 min,KOH-methanol∶oil(mL/g)7.5∶1,temperature 40 ℃,the conversion of methyl linoleiate was 92.29%.

Large amount of plant waste materials ( root, stem, leaf and fruit shell ) are produced in peanut ( Arachis hypogaea) cultivation and processing .We investigated the extraction , identification and contents of resveratrol and polydatin in different organ wastes of four varieties of peanut , Pearl Red 14, Guangdong Oil 114, Santou Oil 523 and Zhanjian Oil 75.The optimal extraction is that dried material was crushed and sieved through a 40 mesh sieve, ultrasonic-extracted with 60%ethanol for 3 times.Contents of the bioactive substances were analyzed by HPLC . Both resverstrol and polydatin were identified in all root , stem, leaf and fruit shell of the four varieties of peanut . The contents of the two compounds varied greatly in different peanut varieties and organs , with the highest contents for both compounds in Pearl Red 14, and the lowest in Zhanjian Oil 75.The root of all varieties contained much higher resveratrol and polyatin than other organs .Resveratrol contents were 148.7, 3

Objective] The aim was to provide references for exploitation of red camellia from Zhejiang. [Method] Selecting five kinds of red camellia seeds from Zhejiang, the seed oil contents were determined by seeds oil content determination method, and the fatty acid composition was determined by gas chromatography method. [Result] The results showed that the average content of kernel oil was 50.29%.
