研究发现在不影响工程性能的条件下,有机类温拌剂能够明显的改变橡胶沥青的流变性能,但是人们对于温拌橡胶沥青的流变机理的研究却很少。研究选取40目的胶粉和 PG64-22基质沥青在室内制备胶粉掺量为18%(外掺)的橡胶沥青,并以 Sasobit 为温拌剂制备温拌橡胶沥青。研究测定了橡胶沥青以及不同 Sasobit 掺量的温拌橡胶沥青的粘度、高温性能和中低温性能,并通过一些非常规的试验,包括组分试验、差热试验(DSC)、红外光谱,从化学组分和分子结构角度对橡胶沥青以及温拌橡胶沥青进行微观分析。试验结果表明,Sasobit 和橡胶沥青没有发生复杂的化学反应,但它能够影响橡胶沥青的组分含量以及各组分的聚集状态,从而改变橡胶沥青的流变性能。
