通过生产函数对农产品物流中心规模问题进行分析，构建新的农产品物流中心经营规模预测模型，从而得出物流中心经营规模和规模收益率之间的对应关系，对农产品物流中心经营规模的合理范围进行限定。

In this paper, through analyzing the scale problem of agricultural produce logistics centers using production function, we built the forecasting model of the operation scale of newly-built agricultural produce logistics centers, obtained the correspondence between the operational scale and returns to scale of the logistics centers, and at the end accordingly limited the reasonable operational scale of the logistics centers.

针对传统军事物流中心选址存在不足的问题,对基于网络层次分析的军事逆向物流中心选址方法进行研究。从军事逆向物流中心选址原则和选址影响因素2方面入手,建立军事逆向物流中心选址评价指标体系,构建网络层次分析图,对指标体系进行评价,并利用SD软件进行仿真验证,计算评价指标体系中各子项指标权重,得到各方案的优劣关系。验证结果表明:该方法能大大简化军事逆向物流中心选址的复杂性,使物流中心选址的决策更为科学、合理。

Aiming at the deficiency of traditional research on military logistics center location problems, the military reverse logistics center location method is analyzed based on analytic network process. The evaluation index system of military reverse logistics center location is established from the view of location principle and location factors, an analytic network process table is established to evaluate index, a case study is built to verify the validity of the method using SD software, each index weight is calculated, and the priority of each plan is obtained. The result shows that, this method can greatly simplify the complexity of military reverse logistics center location problems, and make the decision more scientific and reasonable.

通过采用半结构性访谈，对影响农产品物流中心的选址因素进行了调整和改进，建立了农产品物流中心选址评价体系。并在此基础上，采用加权型专家评分法对原始数据进行标准化处理，建立相应的BP神经网络结构模型，并对24个样本进行训练，以期用于农产品物流中心选址备选方案的处理。最后结合实例分析进行算法验证，从而得到简便易行的农产品物流中心选址优化方法，以期帮助生鲜农产品物流主体间的有效协调和配合，加速流通，降低物流成本，实现冷链体系和物流网络的有效整合。

In this paper, in view of the characteristics of farm produce and the requirement of cold chain logistics operations and through semi-structural interview, we adjusted and modified the factors influencing the location of agricultural produce logistics centers, established the agricultural produce logistics center location evaluation model, used the BP neural network model to evaluate the location of a cold chain logistics center and through an experiment, verified the result obtained.
