Aiming at the deficiency of traditional research on military logistics center location problems, the military reverse logistics center location method is analyzed based on analytic network process. The evaluation index system of military reverse logistics center location is established from the view of location principle and location factors, an analytic network process table is established to evaluate index, a case study is built to verify the validity of the method using SD software, each index weight is calculated, and the priority of each plan is obtained. The result shows that, this method can greatly simplify the complexity of military reverse logistics center location problems, and make the decision more scientific and reasonable.

In this paper, in view of the characteristics of farm produce and the requirement of cold chain logistics operations and through semi-structural interview, we adjusted and modified the factors influencing the location of agricultural produce logistics centers, established the agricultural produce logistics center location evaluation model, used the BP neural network model to evaluate the location of a cold chain logistics center and through an experiment, verified the result obtained.
