检测碘131(131I)对转染了人钠/碘转运体(hNIS)基因的人结肠癌细胞(SW480细胞)的杀伤作用。方法:将SW480细胞分为转染组、空白质粒转染组(空白质粒组)和空白对照组,行体外摄131I试验、高氯酸盐抑制实验,及Annexin V-FITC/PI双染行流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡情况。结果:转染组与空白对照组及空白质粒组比较,摄131I能力均增高8倍;高氯酸盐可以有效地抑制转染组的摄131I能力;Annexin VFITC/PI双染后流式细胞仪检测结果显示,转染组凋亡指数高于空白对照组和空白质粒组。结论:131I对转染hNIS-SW480细胞具有显著杀伤效果。
Objective: To detect the killing effect of colon cancer cells (SW480) by iodine 131 (131I). Methods: Cell apoptosis was detected when taken in131I in vitro test and perchlorate suppression experiments and AnnexinV-FITC/PI double dye lfow cytometry instrument.Results: Stably-hNIS-gene-expressing cell line was about 8 times higher than the control group and blank plasmid group in 24 h iodine uptake capacity. Per-chlorate inhibition tests showed that the iodine uptake of hNIS-SW480 was the hNIS gene’s function. AnnexinV-FITC/PI double dye lfow cytometry showed apoptosis index in the transfection group was higher than that of the control group and blank plasmid group. There were signiifcant differences that radioactive iodine SW480 cells transfected with better killing ability under 100 μCi131I in 24 h.Conclusion: 131I has signiifcant cell killing effect on SW480 cells transfected hNIS.

在应用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法分析检测的基础上,对检测过程中普遍存在的空白值偏高的现象进行探讨。论文主要从分析过程所涉及的环节探讨用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测量中,对空白值偏高的原因进行分析,对降低空白值的方法进行探索。结果表明,该处理方法针对基层检测工作中应用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法检测痕量重金属元素中,常有的空白值偏高现象,降低空白值具有良好的适用性。
On the basis of the application of atomic absorption spectrophotometry measured with graphite furnace,, this paper discussed the common occurrence of high blank values in the detection process. Mainly from the aspects involved in the analysis process of atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the paper analyzed the causes of high blank values and explored the method to reduce them. The results showed that, the treatment method introduced in this paper has good applicability in reducing common high blank values of atomic absorption spectrophotometry, when detecting trace heavy metals in primary testing work with graphite furnace.

目的 探讨卵巢早衰大鼠骨代谢变化及高压氧(HBO)暴露的影响.方法 将40只SPF级雌性Wistar大鼠按数字表法随机分为空白组、造模空白组、雌孕激素替代治疗(HRT)组、HBO组,每组10只.除空白组外,其余各组均给予雷公藤多甙片溶液灌胃,建立卵巢早衰模型.然后,HRT组给予雌孕激素灌胃治疗,HBO组给予HBO治疗及等量生理盐水灌胃,空白组及造模空白组给予等量生理盐水灌胃.观察各组血清骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRACP)的变化.结果 与空白组相比,造模空白组BALP[(245.24±25.21) ng/L]显著降低(P＜0.01),TRACP[(3 453.69±413.82)pg/L]则显著升高(P＜0.01);HRT组和HBO组的BALP[分别为(342.16±18.68)、(306.64±22.96)ng/L]均高于造模空白组,TRACP[(1 735.48±94.56)、(1 889.63 ±70.81) pg/L]均低于造模空白组[(3 453.69±413.82) pg/L],差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 HBO暴露可影响卵巢早衰大鼠骨代谢,对促进骨形成的BALP有增强作用,对促进骨吸收的TRACP有抑制作用.
Objective To investigate changes of bone metabolism in rats with premature ovary failure (POF) and the effects of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) on bone metabolism.Methods Forty SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:the blank control group,the model control group,the hormone replacement therapy (HRT) group and the HBO group,each consisiting of 10 animals.Except the blank control group,all the other groups were orally given triptegium wilfordii polyglycisidium (TWP) solution to establish premature ovary failure model.And then,rats in the HRT group were given orally estrogen and progestin.Rats in the HBO group were treated with HBO and the same dosage of normal saline.Rats in the control group and the model control group were given orally the same dosage of normal saline.Then,changes of serum bone alkaline phosphatase (BALP) and tartrate-resistant acid phospatase (TRACP) in different groups were observed accordingly.Results When compared with that of the blank control group,t

In this paper, a method that the paper fragments of rule document is reconstructed is provided .The paper fragments is divided into the upper edge of the blank and non -blank area into two categories by the gray vector on the edges .Respec-tively, the height of the upper edge of the blank and non -blank area as the clustering parameters is calculated .The paper fragments will be divided into several clusters .The reconstruction of paper fragments depends on computing the similarity of the left and right edges of adjacent pieces of paper in each cluster .After getting the number of bars of the paper , the paper fragments of rule document is reconstructed by computing the similarity between the top and bottom edges of the bar .

Objective To observe and analyze influence of Danshen injection intervertebral disc injection on TGF-β1 of rat degenerative intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 24 Wistar mice were randomly divided into experimental group, model group and control group, with 8 rats in each group. Mice intervertebral disc degeneration model was made in the experimental group and model group with acupuncture. The experimental group was treated with Danshen injection, and the control group received no operation intervention. Disc specimens were collected at different time points. Changes of TGF-β1 expression were detected by immunohistochemical method in the three groups. Results TGF-β1 expression was lower in the model group than in the control group. TGF-β1 expression in the experimental group was more than in the model group, but TGF-β1 expression in theexperimental group was lower than the control group. The differences among the three groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).
