目的：探讨静脉输液安全管理方法,能尽快发现和解决静脉输液护理工作过程中存在的不安全因素,保障静脉输液护理质量,维持有序的临床护理工作的顺利进行,为患者提供安全、有效的静脉输液护理,保证患者静脉输液过程的顺利、安全,避免护患不良事件的发生和医疗事故的发生。方法：根据广西中医药大学附属医院急诊科现况,找出静脉输液过程中存在的不安全的原因,制定出了静脉输液安全管理的措施。结果：广西中医药大学附属医院急诊科护理人员增强主动服务的意识,静脉输液的质量得到很大程度的提高,静脉输液的不安全因素明显下降,静脉输液护理安全管理的加强,广西中医药大学附属医院急诊科静脉输液护理的护理质量得到很大的提高,安全隐患明显降低,患者满意度明显提高。结论：对静脉输液护理进行安全管理在提高患者的治疗效果、减少患者的意外情况发生、减少医疗事故等方面,具有很强的实效意义。

为了降低输液泵用药差错的发生率，更新输液泵临床应用安全风险的研究方法及理念，采用系统方法、临床调研、统计学等方法分别对影响输液泵给药系统的风险指标进行研究。通过对给药过程中子系统各级指标进行优化，保证与给药系统总体用药安全目标一致，促进输液泵给药安全、有效。

In order to decrease medication errors of infusion pumps as well as update research methods and concepts of clinical application risk, the risk indicators of infusion pumps medication system was investigated by systematic approach, clinical investigation, and statistical method. With the optimization of different indicators in subsystem, infusion pumps medication system can be more safe and effective.

目的：建立输液泵质量控制体系,以确保其临床应用的安全可靠。方法：采用美国Fluke公司lagu1型输液泵检测仪对史密斯输液泵进行校准。结果：从质量控制的角度介绍一种校准输液泵的方法。结论：输液泵在不同的检测和应用条件下,其检测结果会有很大差异,校准后的输液泵可为临床输液治疗提供安全保障,降低医疗风险。

Objective:The infusion pumps are high risk equipment in clinic, the clinical risk of it is much higher the general medical equipment and diagnostic. Methods:FLUKE lagu1 was used to calibrate the Smiths infusion pumps in different conditions. Results: As a result, the quality control of it is particularly important. We introduce a method to calibrate model 1200 infusion pump from the angle of quality control. Conclusion: Infusion pump quality control testing should accord with clinical practice. Infusion pumps calibrated to provide security for the clinical infusion therapy and reduce the medical risk.

目的探讨急诊输液安全中实施PDCA循环法的效果。方法回顾性分析我院急诊输液的1552例患者的临床资料,观察组为实施PDCA循环管理后的输液患者,对照组为实施PDCA循环管理前的输液患者,分析PDCA循环法的实施办法,通过自行设计的量表评价护理满意度,观察患者呼叫器的使用率、安全事件发生率、护理差错发生率及医患纠纷发生率。结果以上指标,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论 PDCA循环法的实施,能降低患者输液等待时间,减少护理差错,保证输液安全,有积极的临床意义。

Objective To study the effect of implementation of PDCA circulation method in emergency transfusion safety. Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 1552 cases with emergency infusion, observation group for the implementation of PDCA cycle management of transfusion patients, control group for the implementation of PDCA cycle management before transfusion patients, analysis measures for the implementation of PDCA circulation method, through self-designed scale for evaluating nursing satisfaction, pager usage, security event rates were observed, the in-cidence of nursing error and incidence of medical disputes. Results The above indicators in the observation group were better than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The implementation of the PDCA circulation method, can reduce the transfusion patients waiting time and nursing error, ensure the safety of infu-sion, have positive clinical significance.

目的探讨安全型静脉留置针的临床应用效果。方法组织护士系统化培训安全型静脉留置针使用的方法后临床广泛应用。结果护士与患者乐于接受安全型静脉留置针输液。结论安全型静脉留置针能满足患者的长期输液，提高输液质量及服务质量，减少并发症的发生，并能有效避免职业暴露给患者及护士带来的安全隐患。

Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of safety venous indwel ing needle. Methods The needle used in organizing nurses systematic training of safety venous indwel ed after extensive clinical application. Results The nurses and the patients are willing to accept Indwel ing Transfusion Safety vein. Conclusion Safety venous indwel ing needle can meet the long-term infusion patients, improve the quality of transfusion and service quality, and reduce the occurrence of complication, and can ef ectively avoid the occupation exposure to the safety of patients and nurses brought.
