为了研究FT/TFL类基因山葡萄雌花和雄花中的表达模式,以山葡萄3个雄花品系和3个雌花品系为材料,根据GenBank上已经发表的3个葡萄FT/TFL类基因设计引物,利用实时荧光定量PCR技术研究VvFT、VvTFL1A和VvTFL1B这3个基因在山葡萄雌花和雄花中的表达。3个基因在山葡萄雌花和雄花中都有表达。 VvFT基因在雌花中的表达量显著高于雄花。而VvTFL1A和VvTFL1B这2个基因在雄花中的表达量略高于雌花。 VvFT基因的表达高峰出现在花序刚开始展露期(5月14日);而VvTFL1A和VvTFL1B表达高峰出现在芽体膨大期(4月30日)。结果表明,这两类基因在山葡萄花发育过程中作用时间不同。 FT类基因可能参与花的前期调控,而TFL类基因在花器官发育中起作用。
To study FT/TFL genes expression pattern in female and male floral of V itis amurensis Rupr.,three male and three female strains were used to study the expression of three FT/TFL genes (VvFT,VvTFL1A and VvTFL1B) by Real-time PCR technology.The three genes expressed not only in female but also in male floral .The relative expression of VvFT gene in female were significantly higher than in male floral ,while the relative expression of VvTFL1A and VvTFL1B genes in male flowers slightly higher than in female floral .The peak value of VvFT gene expression appeared at inflorescence show stage (May 14);while VvTFL1A and VvTFL1B expression appeared one peak value at bud intumescence stage ( April 30 ) .It was suggested that FT genes may be involved in regulation of early flowers,and TFL genes played a role in floral organ development .

Objective] This study aimed to investigate the relationship between pistil-late flower developmental morphology and stigma receptivity in Euphorbia pulcherri-ma. [Method] One-year-old adult plants of E. pulcherrima cultivar ‘Mil enium’ were used as experimental materials to analyze pistil ate flower development process by macroscopic and scanning electron microscope (SEM) observation. Stigma receptivity was detected with benzidine-hydrogen peroxide method and in vivo pol en germina-tion method. [Result] The pistil ate flower development process of E. pulcherrima was consisted of columnar stigma phase, stigma lobe slightly opening phase, Y-shape stigma lobe phase, inverse V-shaped stigma lobe phase and stigma curling phase. Ruijin No.1 grew vigorously and possessed strong fruit-setting ability with the first female flower mainly setting on 7th-8th node. The fruit maturation time was about 35 days after female flowers bloom. The fruit was spindle with the fruit shape index of 1.01, and the peel was dark green with a small amount of light green stripes. The flesh was orange with the thickness of 2.8 cm. The average weight of a single fruit was about 1.5 kg. Ruijin No.1 was resistant to low temperature and virus disease. Ruijin No.1 possessed high commodity rate and excellent quality and tasted sweet, in addition, its fruit size was almost the same.

The stigma receptivity at different development periods was studied on Anliang and Geiwei litchi, and pol-len germination on stigma was observed. The apparence of stigma can be used to detect stigma receptivity. Part of stigma was receptive with the litchi style cracking angle of 45°-90°, and the stigma had the best receptivity with the style cracking angle of 120°-180°. When the female flowers was in full blossom and the stigma color was white, the stigma was in the op-timal pollination period;Light brown stigma was receptive, but totally brown stigma was unreceptive. The stigma receptivity lasted for at least 3 d. The pollen germinated on stigma 2 h after pollination, the pollen tube gradually elongated into the style 6 hours after pollination, reaching the middle of style 12 h after pollination, and the upper ovary 24 h after pollina-tion.

In the paper, we studied the characteristics of a new facilities heat-resistant autumn cucumber cultivar Zhongyu, including yielding ability, parthenocarpic ability, heat resistance and disease resistance. The results showed that its first female flower set on 4.8th node, which was lower than Tangshanqiugua (CK) by 1.3 nodes. The female flower number and fruit setting rate of Zhongyu, compared to those of Tangshanqiugua, had increased by 34.2%and 51.9%, respectively. The parthenocarpic ability of Zhongyu got to 90%, which was about three times of that of control. Its yield was about 6 500 kg/667 m2, which was 35.5% higher than that of control. Its heat resistance was also significantly enhanced. It was moderately resistant to downy mildew and powdery mildew, and highly resistant to Fusarium wilt and bacterial angular leaf spot, but the disease resistance between Zhongyu and Tangshanqiugua had no significant difference.

Ficus beipeiensis S.S. The interaction between pollinating ifg wasps (Agaonidae) and their host ifg trees (Ficus) is a striking example of an obligate pollination mutualism. Successful pollination of ifg trees depends on a speciifc species of ifg wasp managing to ifnd ifgs of the correct host plant, at their correct stage of development. Encounters between receptive ifgs and their pollinators are attained by ifgs emitting species-speciifc volatile chemicals to attract their ifg wasps.
