探讨外周血辅助性T淋巴细胞17(Th-17),白细胞介素-10(IL-10)与哮喘预测指数(API)阳性患儿喘息的相关性。方法:将62例喘息性儿童分为API阳性组(n=30)、API阴性组(n=32)和正常对照组(n=35),使用流式细胞术及ELISA法测定Th-17百分数及血清IL-10浓度。结果:API阳性组及API阴性组Th-17百分数均低于正常对照组。且API阳性组的Th-17百分数也低于API阴性组,但差异均无统计学意义(P0.05);API阳性组血清IL-10浓度明显高于正常儿童组(P0.05),API阳性组血清IL-10浓度高于API阴性组,API阴性组血清IL-10也高于正常儿童组,但差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:IL-10与API阳性患儿喘息有相关性,Th-17百分数与API阳性患儿喘息不相关。

Objective: To investigate the correlation of Th-17 cell (Th-17),interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the peripheral blood with asthma predicting index (API)positive infantile wheezing. Methods: 97 patients with infantile wheezing were divided into API positive group(n=30), API negative group(n=32) and normal control group(n=35). We performed flow cytometric analyze the accumulation of percentage of Th-17 cell and performed ELISA analyze the accumulation of Serum concentration of IL-10. Results: Th-17 percentage in both the API positive group and the API negative group were lower than that normal control group , and Th-17 percentage in API positive group was lower than that in API negative group, there was no significantly difference among the three groups(P > 0.05). An introduction is mainly given to the general conditions of 2012 API petroleum industry conference and exhibition as well as the main contents of them. Meanwhile, several acquisitions and experiences about participating the conferences are explained clearly. Then the analysis focuses on the developing status of API standards and the relationship between our national petroleum pipe standards and API standards. Finally, it is pointed out that based on the adoption of API standards, it is necessary to establish non- API standards and complement technological conditions and it is significant to introduce the results of our national scientific research and standardization into the international market.

目的：比较API和VITEK2法鉴别VanC型肠球菌的准确性。方法针对2005～2011年收集的50株VanC型肠球菌，采用API和VITEK2方法进行种属鉴定，结合细菌动力实验，用分子生物学方法做对照，以判断API和VITEK2鉴定结果的准确性。结果 API和VITEK2方法分别筛选出VanC型肠球菌21，15株，与分子生物学方法比较，其准确率分别为28.6％，86.7％，结合动力实验结果后，其准确率均达到100％。结论 VITEK2比API在诊断VanC型肠球菌时具有更好的准确性，2种方法联合动力实验可为临床提供准确的细菌学诊断。

Objective To compare the API and VITEK2 in identifying VanC type Enterococcus.Method A total of 50 VanC type Entero-coccus isolates from 2005~2011 were investigated.We performed the API and VITEK2 test to identified the VanC type Enterococcus respec-tively.API and VITEK2 results combining with the motility test was compared with molecular biology methods to determine the accuracy of API and VITEK2.The MIC of vancomycin and tecoplanin for the strains was performed by agar dilution method.Results Twenty -one and 15 strains of VanC phenotype Enterococcus were identified by the API and VITEK2 test respectively.Compared with molecular bio-logy methods, the accuracy rate was 28.6% and 86.7% respective-ly.Combined with motility test, the accuracy rate of API and VITEK2 reached 100%.Conclusion The VITEK2 had a higher accuracy rate in identifying VanC phenotype Enterococcus than API.API/VITEK2 method combined with bacterial motility test can provide an accurate bacteriological diagnos

Compared with the traditional telecommunication network ,One advantage of NGN is the use of an open API and be open to third parties,so that it can provide users with a variety of businesses by a third party service provider through a standard API interface.This paper firstly introduces the Parlay API architecture,then describes CORBA middleware technology and gives the CORBA-based Parlay API model,finally utilizes VisiBroker as a development tool and gives the implementation of CORBA-based Parlay gateway in detail.Due to the features both of CORBA middleware technologies and Parlay API,the realization of the gateway is independent of the physical networks and can provide multimedia service for different network operators.

空气污染时间序列中气象信息与污染源排放信息的分离研究对大气污染控制措施效果评估具有重要意义。依据北京市、天津市和石家庄市2001—2010年期间的空气污染指数（ API）逐日数据和同期地面气象观测资料，利用KZ滤波将API时间序列分解为短期分量、季节分量和长期分量，采用逐步回归方法分别建立API基线分量和短期分量与相应尺度气象要素的线性回归模型，通过对残差进行滤波和序列重建，最终得到去除气象影响的API时间序列。分析结果表明：由于污染源排放的变化，京津石3市API长期分量在2002—2009年期间总体呈现下降趋势；不利的气象条件致使京津石3市API长期分量增加1～13，而在气象条件对空气质量改善呈现促进作用的情况下API长期分量减少2～6。

The study on separation of meteorological information and emission information of pollution sources in air pollu?tant time series is of some important significance to the evaluation of air pollution control measures. Based on the daily air pollution index ( API) and simultaneous surface meteorological observation data during 2001-2010 in Beijing, Tianjin and Shijiazhuang, the Kolmogorov?Zurbenko ( KZ) wave filter method was used to break the API time series into short?term, seasonal and long?term components, and then the stepwise regression was used to set up API baseline and short?term com?ponents separately and establish linear regression models for meteorological variables of corresponding scales. The residual differences between the baseline and short?term components were KZ filtered and series reestablished. And eventually an API time series free of meteorological impacts was worked out. Results of the study show that the long?term component of API shows a downward trend
