The importance of DIS experiment has been increased generally in physics classroom teaching in senior high school .In this paper , we introduce the observation of vibration of spring oscillator in the vertical direction with DIS experiment .By means of experimental operation ,observation ,analysis and data processing ,we clarify the relation between the elastic force of the spring and the restoring force ,and calculate the value of stiffness coefficient ,which will make students understand more directly why the different springs have different stiffness coefficient .According to the comparison between traditional experiment and DIS Lab ,we can not only verify that the deformation degree is proportional to the restoring force in the vertical direction ,but also give the improvement and innovation of the experiment with the advantages of using DIS Lab in teaching .

Objective:To investigate the effect of daily interruption of sedation to critially ill patients with mechanical ventilation in the department of neurology .Methods:80 patients who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group ( daily inter-ruption of sedation ) and the control group ( continuous sedation ,40 cases in each group ) .The differences of the duration of mechanical ven-tilation,the retaining time of artificial airway ,length of stay in ICU and workload of nurses were observed in both groups .Results:The dura-tion of mechanical ventilation ,the retaining time of artificial airway and length of stay in ICU were shorter in the observation group than the control group,but the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05);the workload of nurses was significantly heavier in the obser-vation group than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Daily interruption of sedation can not significantly reduce the duration of me-chanical ventilation ,th

Objective:To assess effect of age on the characteristic of letf ventricular (LV) twist-displacement loop in health volunteers by velocity vector imaging (VVI) and to provide a new method for LV function evaluation in clinic. Methods:Atfer obtaining basal and apical LV short-axis images in 98 healthy volunteers (18-75 years old) by 2-dimensional echocardiography, we use VVI sotfware to analysis LV twist motion and radial displacement at each plane off-line. hTe peak LV twist (Ptw), the peak untwist velocity (PutwV), the proportion of untwist in isovolumetric relaxation period (Iutw%) and LV radial displacement (Dis) were measured and calculated. Then we constructed LV twist-displacement loop and compared the characteristic of them among different groups. Results:Ptw increased gradually with the increase in age.
