作为我国首部综合性绿色建筑评价标准,GB/T 50378-2006《绿色建筑评价标准》引领了过去7年间我国绿色建筑从散点式示范走向了规模化发展。在外部环境的驱动和标准自身不足的双重作用下,2011年启动了评价标准的修订工作,并于2014年5月底正式发布了新版国标(GB/T50378-2014),定于2015年1月1日起实施。本文回顾了标准体系的建立和发展,分析了本次修编的背景,总结了修编的主要思路,归纳了重点修改内容,以期对本次标准修订进行较为完整的解读。
As the first comprehensive evaluation standard for green buildings in China, GB/T 50378-2006 "Green Building Evaluation Standard" has been successfully applied in the past seven years to lead the rapid growth of green buildings from demonstration to scale development. Year 2011 saw the start of standard revision in order to expand the content and improve the efficiency of the standard. The new version of the standard (GB/T 0378-2014) will be put into effect from Jan.1st 2015. This paper reviews the development of the standard, analyzes the revision background, summarizes the main idea and the items of the changes.

In the process of green building design and certification, simulation is one of the important means of optimization design. However, the current domestic green building related simulation calculation is not normative. This article discussed building energy simulation, indoor and outdoor air environment simulation, indoor lighting simulations etc. To achieve standardization, preparation of green building simulation guideline as soon as possible is very necessary. In order to implement Green Building policies as part of the statutory planning and construction administration processes in Chinese cities, it is important to understand the choice of design approaches and technologies adopted by certiifed Green Building projects under the current Evaluation Standard for Green Buildings (GB/T 50378-2006). This paper provides an overview on the inventory of commonly used green building design approaches and technologies in China. Based on a research completed at the end of 2012, this paper presents an analysis of the design technology choices based on 55 sample projects across different cities in China. These projects include one, two and three-star level residential and public buildings. The ifndings point out that there are speciifc preferences by the projects on adopting design approaches, and that there are signiifcant variations in meeting the Green Building assessment standards.
