目的了解当前杭州市护工市场人员的基本情况、护工管理状况等,为规范护工市场、提高护工服务水平的策略制定提供依据。方法问卷调查结合访谈对杭州市14家医院的250名护工进行调查。结果 113名护工为50-59岁（48.9%）,长期护工工资水平为每月2240-2850元;目前护工行业无明确的准入标准,多数不具备专业技能,仅参与患者的生活护理。结论杭州市护工薪资相差大,专业技能匮乏,医院的护工缺乏规范化管理。

Objective To understand the status quo of the nursing care job market in Hangzhou and to provide scientific knowledgeformanagingtheworkofnursingcareandimprovingtheserviceinquestion.Method 250careworkersfrom 14 hospitals in Hangzhou were interviewed and asked to answer a questionnaire to collect the data for the study .Findings The survey indicated that 113 of the 250 care workers were in the age range from 50 and 59 years old (48.9%), and that care workers''monthly salary was between 2240 and 2850 Yuan; At present, no standard job requirements or criteria are available in the care industry in Hangzhou .Few care workers have the specialized skills .They just care for the day to day living of the patients .Conclusion There is a big difference in salary between the care workers in Hangzhou .There is no standard management of the market in question .

Based on the construction difficulty of the steel composite beam with 440m工(also a Chinese character, ''gong'')-shaped medium span of Yang-pu bridge in Hainan (a huge sea-crossing bridge with the main span of 460m), a bailey beam deck derrick crane is designed to realize the integral lifting of工-shaped steel composite beam and the hoisting of bridge deck, which can shorten construction period, reduce construction cost and ensure construc-tion security. It can also offer some references for the segmental construction of cable-stayed bridge.

Apply the power frequency electromagnetic field theory to study the problem of the electromagnetic en-vironment under the high-voltage transmission line. Electromagnetic environment mainly includes four aspects:power frequency electric field,power frequency magnetic field,radio interference( Rl)and audible noise( AN). lt mainly analyzes the parameters of the power frequency electric field that affect the high voltage transmission line. These parameters mainly include as fol ow:the cross -sectional configuration of the transmission lines, lightning conductor,unbalanced load and so on. By analyzing and summarizing the result of calculations,some effective measures has been put forward to reduce the power frequency electric field below the high-voltage transmission line.

The paper indicates the features of the earthwork cloth and its application, introduces the classifications and application scopes of the earthwork cloth, mainly analyzes the construction methods and the requirements of the earthwork cloth and the geotechnical grille in the road pro- jects, and points out the application of the earthwork cloth can improve the loading capacity of the foundation, and reduce the cracks on road- beds.
