目的:了解中医适宜技术培训后培训内容的使用情况,并对此种状况进行分析,寻求适合的医学培训方式和为医学培训改革探索更好的培训方法提供依据。方法:采用自制问卷调查的方法,按照报名时的信息,对接受了2009年中医适宜技术培训的1384名学员进行调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果:适宜技能培训后的使用情况不容乐观,使用者尚不能达到半数(48.77%)。结论:造成这一现状的原因可简单分为人为因素、自身素质和培训技术的自身缺陷等三个方面。
The aim of this research is to know the implementation of Appropriate Technologies of TCM after the training session , on which the analysis will be drawn in the attempt to seek a more suitable training method and provide grounds for the exploration of better method in medical training revolution .It adopts a self-made questionnaire on the 1384 trainees in the 2009 training session and then carries out an analysis . The result is not promising with the percentage of an actual implementation being less than half , 48.77%to be exact .The reasons for that attribute to human factor , education level and a flawed training technique .

Objective To investigate the effect of systematic training on the enhancement of knowledge and behavior on tumor-free technology among newly-employed nurses in operation room.Methods Fifteen nurses newly-employed for the operating room of the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College were trained with theory teaching,techniques training and nursing rounds. The test on non-tumor knowledge and questionnaire on beliefs and behaviors were used to assess the post-training effects.Result The scores on tumor-free knowledge,beliefs and tumor-free behaviors were all significantly improved compared with pre-training (P<0.01). Conclusion Systematic training of tumor-free technology may improve the mastery of tumor-free knowledge and skills and thus form a good tumor-free concept so that they can keep tumor-free techonology in practice.

Teacher’s learning is Case-based Situated Learning, Problem-based Aaction Learning, Group-based Cooperation Learning, Originality based Inquiry Learning and Experience based Reflective Learning. But, most of the training models for teachers’ educational technology ability can’t relfect above teachers’ learning characteristics. Guided by training system theory and performance theory, this paper constructed Web2.0-based Training Model for teachers’ educational technology ability, which include:‘organization-faculty-task’ training requirement analysis, trainee participated systematic training plan design, trinity training process, internal operation performance and external adaptive performance combined performance evaluation and post-training services.

Virtual reality technology is a hot topic in today’ s computer science. It is a trend to apply virtual reality technology to chemical equipment training. In this paper,using 3Ds Max,Photoshop software to complete three-dimensional scene modeling based on Unity3D platform. Adopting JavaScript and C#,through research of the NGUI interaction interface technology,voice subtitle coordination technolo-gy,interactive technology,combined with the actual needs of equipment training,complete the development of five functional module,the basic information,equipment structure,working principle,standard operation,fault analysis to achieve chemical equipment training. The result shows that the chemical equipment virtual training system based on Unity3D plays a good role on three-dimensional display and in-teractive function. Trainers can learn and operate the training system easily,which plays a good effect.
