梅花居中国十大传统名花之首,在我国具有极其重要的地位。本文从梅花生态生物学特性、花芽分化机理和梅花品种选择、植物生长调节剂、水分养分及园艺措施、盆栽梅花花期调控等方面对梅花花期调控的研究进行了综述。同时展望梅花花期调控今后的研究方向,以期为梅花花期调控深入研究提供参考。

Plum (Prunus mume) is very important in China, which ranks the first in the China’s top ten traditional flowers. This paper reviews the recent research advances on ecological and biological characteristics, mechanism of flower bud differentiation, regulation of flowering including selection of species, plant growth regulators, water and nutrient and garden cultivation techniques, and potted plum flowering regulation. Further more, the trends of the development in plum flowering regulation were also prospected.

目的：观察心理护理对梅花针联合中药治疗重型斑秃疗效的影响。方法：病历来源82例重型斑秃患者随机分为梅花针组和心理护理组，每组41例。梅花针组于斑秃皮损区行梅花针叩刺加香丹皮下注射并内服中药；心理护理组在梅花针组治疗的基础上增加心理护理。观察两组临床疗效，计算总有效率。结果：梅花针组和心理护理组治愈、显效、有效和无效例数分别为11、13、9、8例和13、14、12、2例；总有效率分别为80.5％和95.1％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：心理护理可以提高梅花针联合中药治疗重型斑秃的临床疗效。

Objective: To determine the impacts of psychological nursing on the efficacy of percussopunctator combined with Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of severe alopecia areata. Methods:Eighty two patients with severe alopecia areata were randomly allocated to receive percussopunctator acupuncture plus subcutaneous injection of XiangDan in the area of alopecia areata and the Chinese herbal medicine ( percussopunctator group, n=41) or in combination with psychological nursing ( psychological nursing, n=41) . The efficacy and the total effective rates were compared. Results: The percussopunctator group was associated with11, 13, 9 and 8 patients with clinical recovery, markedly effective, effective and ineffective therapy, and these figures were 13, 14, 12 and 2 in psychological nursing group. 针对梅花型联轴器在矿山机械中的广泛应用,对梅花型联轴器的故障进行了分析,特别对两个半联轴节安装不对中现象,按照对中、偏移0.5 mm、偏移1 mm三种情况运用ANSYS软件进行了仿真。根据不同的故障提出不同的解决方法。以某设备梅花联轴器使用情况为例进行分析,相比以前采取正确的安装方法后,梅花联轴器的损耗量下降2倍。结果表明选择合格产品加上正确的安装方法对梅花联轴器的使用寿命有较大提高,设备可靠性有所增强。

Aiming at the wide application of the plum blossom coupling in mining machinery , the faults of the plum blossom coupling are analyzed .The misalignment phenomenon about twohalf -couplings mounting is simulated by using ANSYS soft-ware according to alignment, 0.5mm offset and 1mm offset in three cases.According to the different faults of the plum blos-som coupling, different solutions are put forward.Taking the use case of certain equipment plum coupling as example, the loss of plum coupling decreases 2 times comparing to the previous by adopting the correct installation methods.The result shows that the plum blossom coupling service life will be increased greatly with the selection of qualified products and the correct in-stallation method, and then the reliability of the equipment is enhanced.

为探究梅花纤维发育对枝条形态的影响,采用光学显微镜和过氧化氢—醋酸解离法,选取直枝形与垂枝形梅花4个品种一年生枝条,分基部、中部、梢部对枝条重力方向上下侧次生木质部进行解离观察。结果表明:直枝形梅花枝条基部下侧纤维显著长于上侧,垂枝形枝条基部上侧纤维显著长于下侧,中部、梢部无显著差异;4个品种枝条基部中部梢部纤维直径均无显著差异。说明枝条纤维不均匀发育影响梅花枝条形态。

Optical microscope was used to explore fiber morphology both in the upper and lower sides of one year-old branches among four upright and pendulous varieties by the H2 O2-CH2 COOH maceration.The results were as fol-lowed:the length of fiber in the lower side of the upright branches at the bottom was longer than the upper side sig-nificantly,the length of fiber in the upper side of the pendulous branches at the bottom was longer than the lower side significantly.There were no significant differences in other positions;the fiber diameter at different positions among four varieties indicated no significant differences separately.The results showed that the diferences of fiber size effects shoot development of Prunus mume .

介绍真空断路器梅花触头的构造、工作原理及特性，阐述梅花触头与普通鸭嘴式触头之间的差别及其在贵溪冶炼厂的应用状况。梅花触头在供电系统中虽然只是电气隔离的作用，但是由于其运行于电力系统的一次高压部分，因此对制作工艺，以及接触电阻在大电流通过下的动稳定性和热稳定性都有着严格的要求。

This article is mainly to introduce the structure, principle of operation and characteristic of the plum blossom contact in vacuum circuit-breakers. It also describes the disparities between the plum blossom contact and the duckbill type contact and the ap-plication of the plum blossom contact in this converting station. Plum contact in the power supply system is electrically isolated from the role, but as a result of a high voltage part of its operation in electric power system, so the dynamic stability and thermal stability of pro-duction process and the contact resistance under the high current through have strict requirements.
