This paper analyzes the reasons of the aging and yellowing of the paint coating. Then it makes a comparison on several automotive paints’ ageing resistance. Finally, it proposes the measurements to improve the aging resistance.

The yellowing resistance effects of antioxidants on ASA resin was discussed by orthogonal experimental method, and the most efficient combination of antioxidants was obtained. Experimental results indicated that yellow resistance effect of ASA resin was reduced by adding of the antioxidants, and hindered phenol S1, phosphite ester 168, radical scavenger showed better effect than the others. And yellow resistance effects of combination antioxidant were better than the singles. The most efficient antioxidant combination was S1 0.15%,168 0.15%, radical scavenger 0.02%.The results of this paper provided a valuable reference to processing and application of ASA resin.

With hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI),polyether polyol (PPG) and 3,3’-dichloro-4,4’-diaminodiphenylmethane (MOCA) as main raw materials,a solvent-free two-component anti-yellowing polyurethane adhesive was synthesized by two-step method.The structure and performance of the polyurethane adhesive were characterized by FT-IR and DSC,and the influences of some factors (such as PPG,MOCA and weight ratio of A component to B component) on polyurethane adhesive properties were discussed.The results show that the PPG with low molecular weight can obviously decrease the viscosity of adhesive;the content of crosslinker is inversely proportional to the curing speed of adhesive.The chemical résistance,durable yellowing and low temperature resistance of the polyurethane adhesive that had cured are all great.The glass transition temperature (Tg) of cured adhesive film is 46.1℃.

Leaf curing characteristics of flue-cured tobacco variety KRK26 introduced from Zimbabwe was investigated with a control variety Yunyan97. The changes of yellowing, browning and moisture removal under dark condition, pigment degradation, the rate of water lose during curing process were studied, as well as the economic characters of cured tobacco leaf. The results showed that KRK26 leaf yellowing was faster, water loss was lower, easy to browning under dark condition;The chlorophyll degradation speed of KRK26 was fast, the carotenoid pigment degradation speed was low during curing process, contents of chlorophyll degradation thoroughly after curing, the ratio of chlorophyll and carotenoid was high, the speed of yellowing was fast, the yellowing characteristics was better with easy to browning; dehydration characteristics was medium, the water loss rate was slow in early yellowing stage, while the yellowing rate was relatively fast. The main application of liquid optical clear adhesive(LOCA) in the capacitive touch screen was introduced, including the laminating of touch panel with LCD module and playing the role of fixing, filling and contrast enhancement.The LOCA was preparaed and its optical property, curing property and environmental reliability were studied. 2Results show that the LOCA has completely cured under the energy of 3 000 mJ/cm . The LOCA with a moderate viscosity can be used for various laminating process. The transmittance is over 99%, while the yellowing index and haze are less than 0.2. The LOCA also has a excellent environmental reliability.
