从"象"的内涵分层及与脉诊的关系、单要素"位数形势"属性脉象的取象、多要素脉象的组合取象3个方面探讨象数思维对脉象、脉象属性、脉象组合的影响。中医脉象是位数形势各属性多要素不同程度的排列组合,也是对各属性不断取象的过程。通过从象数思维角度对脉象属性和脉象组合的探讨,增强了对中医脉诊的认识,为临证辨脉提供了理论依据,进而更好地为临床辨证服务。

From three aspects of the connotation of "image" and the relationship of pulse-taking,single factor "digit situation" property of pulse like,multi factor combined pulse-taking to explore the influence of image number thinking on the pulse,pulse condition attrib-ute and pulse combination. Pulse is the permutation and combination of each attribute digit situation elements in different degree,but al-so continually taking images from all attributes. Study from the image number thinking angle of pulse condition attribute and pulse com-bination has enhanced the knowledge of TCM pulse diagnosis,providing a theoretical for clinical pulse differentiation,and better service for the clinical syndrome differentiation.

目的：研制一种野战便携式脉象检测仪，用于野战条件下的多种脉象图谱的现场检测。方法以AT89C2051单片机为系统核心，采用HK2000G传感器获取脉象信号，通过高频滤波电路和A/D转换电路完成对脉象信号特征值的提取并显示测量结果。结果该脉象检测仪测量准确，实现了野战条件下脉象图谱的检测。结论该脉象仪能够在野战条件下对不同脉象体征进行检测，可为临床医学诊断提供参考数据。

ObjectiveTodevelopaportablepulsedetectorforfieldoperations,whichcanbeusedin heterogeneous pulse spectrum test in warfarefield. Methods The detector takes AT89C2051 single chip as its systematic core and adopts HK2000G transducer to capture electrical signals. Through the high frequencyfilter circuit and A/D transition circuit, the detector achieves characteristic value extraction of pulse signals and then displays the test results. ResuIts The pulse detector is accurate and has achieved thetestofpulsespectruminwarfarefield. ConcIusionThepulsedetectorcantestdifferentpulse spectrum in warfarefield, which provides reference data for the diagnosis of clinical medicine.

目的探讨慢性肾功能不全患者5种证型(脾肾气虚、脾肾阳虚、肝肾阴虚、气阴两虚、阴阳两虚型)脉图参数的变化,建立各证型判别模式,辅助临床诊断。方法采用上海道生公司生产的DS01-C型脉象仪分别对健康对照组与慢性肾功能不全患者组进行检测分析。结果健康对照组脉象以平脉为主,慢性肾功能不全患者以弦脉及其兼脉为主。随着病情发展,脉象也相应发生变化,脾肾气虚,脾肾阳虚以弦脉为主,肝肾阴虚与气阴两虚患者比较,两组以弦脉兼数脉多见外,肝肾阴虚还兼沉脉。阴阳两虚患者脉象以脉缓弦或弦兼数。结论慢性肾功能不全患者脉象改变以弦脉及相兼脉为主,各证型脉象变化复杂。

Objective To explore the pulse diagram parameter changes of chronic renal insufficiency patients with five symptoms types(spleen kidney qi deficiency ,spleen kidney Yang deficiency ,kidney liver Yin deficiency and the deficiency of Yin and Yang ) , and to establish the differentiation mode of each symptoms type for assisting the clinical diagnosis .Methods The DS01-C pulse manifestation instrument made by the Shanghai Daosh company was adopted to detect and analyze the pulse manifestations in the healthy control group and the chronic renal insufficiency group .Results The healthy control group was dominated by the normal pulse manifestation .The chronic renal insufficiency group was dominated by the taut pulse and its concurrent pulse .Along with the progress of the disease ,the pulse manifestations also appeared the corresponding changes .The patients with spleen kidney qi defi-ciency and spleen kidney Yang deficiency were dominated by the taut pulse .Comparing the patients with liver

脉象信号包含了许多生理病理信息，可以为医生诊断疾病提供重要依据。针对当前脉象仪功耗大、成本与仪器精度不可兼得等缺陷，设计了一种低功耗、微型化、可实时通讯的脉象信号采集系统。该系统采用HK-2000B脉象传感器进行采集，以MSP430单片机为核心，对信号进行分析、处理与结果显示，实现了脉象信号实时、连续的检测。通过多次实际测试，结果表明该系统可以适用于不同人群，能够准确显示脉象信号和相关参数，为医生对病情诊断提供有用信息。

Pulse signal contains many physiological and pathological information,an important basis to diagnose the dis-ease for the doctors can be provided. Due to the defects of the pulse instrument such as power consumption and the balance between price and instrument accuracy, a kind of low power, miniaturization, real-time communication pulse signal acquisition system is presented in this paper. The system which used HK-2000B pulse sensor to acquire the pulse signal, the MSP430 chip is taken as its CPU to process the collected signal and the results is displayed on the screen;the detection of pulse signal real-time continuous is realized. After repeating the experiment, the testing result shows this system can be applied to different groups of people;the pulse signal and the related parameters can be accu-rately displayed;the useful information to disease diagnosis for the doctor is provided.

[目的]本文拟对王孟英医案进行详尽分析,以期探讨王氏在临证中对脉诊的应用经验。[方法]重温王孟英医案中对脉象理论与实践方面的阐述,通过分析王氏在脱证、霍乱等疾病的诊治中对于脉诊的运用,探讨王氏在临证中对脉诊的应用经验。[结果]脉诊在诊断患者的病因、病机时,具有望、闻、问诊所不具备的优势。患者的病因病机可以在脉象上得到真实的反映。从脉象变化中,可以推测出病症发展的过程流。[结论]古代医家诊病多脉症并重,在现代临床工作中通过研究学习脉象的诊断方法可以指导我们更好地进行临床实践。

[Objective]This paper aimed at discussing the application of pulse in the clinical through the analysis of medical cases by Wang Mengying. [Methods]Revisited the theory and practice of pulse in the medical cases of Wang Mengying and discussed Wang''s experience in the clinical application of pulse in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as protration syndrome and cholera.[Results]The pulse is better than the other three in the diagnosis of patients with etiology and pathogenesis.Pulse can reflect the situation of patients ’etiology and pathogenesis.The process of disease can be plumbed through pulse diagnosis. [Conclusion] Ancient doctor attached great importance to the pulse,it can guide our clinical practice better through the study of pulse in modern clinical work.
